How to reach us

Email is the way in. There is no phone line for this site, and nobody here can help with an order, a shipment, or a prescription.

One address takes all of it: hello@compareglp.org.

Write there with a general question, a wrong price, date, or fact, a privacy question or opt-out request, an accessibility barrier, or a trademark, logo, or copyright matter.

Name the subject in the first line so the message reaches the right hands. Corrections explains what happens after you send a correction.

What to include

Include the address of the page you are writing about, and quote the exact sentence or figure at issue.

A link to the source that shows the correct version, if you have one. For anything to do with a price, that link is the single most useful thing in the message.

What we cannot help with

Medical questions. Nobody here is a clinician. A dose, a side effect, an interaction, or whether one of these medications suits you is a question for a prescriber who knows your history.

Orders, refunds, shipping, and account problems. This site is not the provider, has no access to your account, and cannot see your order. Contact the company directly; its own site is linked from its review.

Prescriptions. compareglp does not prescribe or dispense anything and cannot arrange for anyone else to.

Emergencies. If something is urgent, call 911 or your local emergency number instead of sending an email.

For companies we cover

A company that wants something about itself corrected should write to the same address. It goes through the same check as any other report.

The fastest fix for a stale figure is to publish the current one, because the page follows what a company publishes rather than what it emails.

Partnership and advertising inquiries go to the same address. Nothing bought through that route changes a score, a con, or a board position, and disclosure says so in more detail.

What to expect back

Every message is read, and corrections and accessibility barriers are handled ahead of everything else.

A report that turns out to be right gets a fixed page. A report that turns out to be wrong gets an explanation and a link to the source.
