Henry Meds offers a bundled GLP-1 starting price covering visits, medication, supplies and ongoing care. The useful next question is what your prescribed product and dose cost, and whether you are choosing a monthly or multi-month commitment. Its current refund policy also makes shipment timing important.

The starting figure is not a drug-specific quote

The rendered GLP-1 program FAQ still publishes a starting monthly price and says cost varies with treatment plan and dosing. That figure does not establish the price of semaglutide versus tirzepatide, or of every oral and injectable option.

Request the exact medication, formulation, dose, first payment and recurring charge before enrolling. A bundled price can simplify budgeting, but only after the actual treatment and term are clear. Do not assume a starting figure will remain the cost of every later prescription.

Billing and shipping use different calendars

The program includes provider visits, medication if prescribed, supplies, shipping and support. Its delivery FAQ estimates eight to ten business days after the provider visit, with possible additional time in California. It describes later injectable and oral shipments on different intervals.

Monthly billing therefore does not necessarily mean a new shipment each month. Ask how much medication each shipment covers, how a dose change affects the remaining supply and when the next clinical review is due. A delayed refill should be discussed with the prescriber rather than handled by changing instructions yourself.

Canceling a longer plan may leave a balance

Henry provides cancellation through the patient portal, email or telephone. Its FAQ also says a multi-month plan may require payment of the remaining balance unless a clinician determines treatment must stop for medical reasons. The general cancel-anytime message does not remove that condition.

Before choosing a longer plan, ask for the total commitment and the medical-discontinuation process in writing. Keep confirmation of the effective cancellation date and any final amount owed.

The replacement policy is now available

The current refund policy treats prescription medication as final sale when shipped. Verified dispensing errors, damage or temperature problems can qualify for a replacement, with prompt reporting requirements. A replacement is different from a refund for deciding not to continue.

The policy allows a reviewed medical-discontinuation exception for unused subscription time, but dispensed medication remains excluded and deductions may apply. Report shipment concerns promptly and ask the pharmacist about product use separately from the billing request.
