Marks that belong to other people

Every provider name, logo, and product name on this site belongs to its owner. They appear here to identify the company or product being compared, which is the ordinary referential use of a mark.

Medication brand names, including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound, are the marks of their respective owners and appear here the same way.

No mark is used as a source identifier for anything we publish, and none appears in a way meant to suggest a shared origin.

No affiliation, no endorsement, no sponsorship

compareglp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or approved by any provider, pharmacy, or drug manufacturer named on this site.

No mark owner has reviewed, authorized, or approved anything published here, including the score attached to its own company.

A logo in a comparison row identifies the company in that row. It carries no more meaning than that.

Where a commercial relationship does exist, it is a commission paid on an outbound link. Disclosure sets out exactly how that works and what it cannot buy.

How provider logos are used

A logo appears as the company's own artwork, unaltered in color, shape, or proportion, and only to identify that company's row or review.

No logo is combined with our mark, placed to imply a partnership, or used in advertising or promotional material of any kind.

A rights holder who would rather its logo not appear here can ask for it to be taken down, and it will be taken down. The company will still be compared, in text.

Our own marks

The compareglp name, the compareglp.org domain, the site's wordmark, its scoring rubric as presented, and the design of its comparison boards belong to compareglp.

Do not use any of them in a way that suggests we endorse, rank, certify, or recommend you. That includes a badge on a provider site, an “as ranked by compareglp” line in advertising, and a score reproduced beside a buy button, unless we have agreed to it in writing.

A score is a description of what a company discloses on a given date. Lifting it out of that context and using it as a seal of approval misrepresents it, and permission for that is not given.

Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine and welcome. Republishing a board, a review, or a set of scores in bulk is not.

Correcting or challenging a use

A rights holder who believes a mark is used incorrectly here has a direct channel. Write to hello@compareglp.org.

Include the mark, its registration number if there is one, the exact address of every page where it appears, what is wrong with the use, and how you would like it changed. Say who you are and what authority you hold to act for the owner.

These are handled like any other correction: checked first, then acted on. A use that is genuinely wrong is fixed or removed.

A use that is accurate referential identification is explained rather than deleted, and you get that answer in writing with the reasoning attached. Either way you get a reply.

Copyright complaints

A claim that material published here infringes a copyright goes to hello@compareglp.org, the copyright and rights-holder contact for this site.

Identify the work, the exact address of the page you say infringes it, and how to reach you. A complaint that names neither the work nor the page cannot be acted on.
