Privacy
The short version
This site has no login, no account, and no order form. It does not ask for your name, your health information, or a payment method.
One measurement vendor is loaded: Google Analytics 4. It counts pages viewed and links clicked. Advertising features are switched off and stay off.
A standing opt-out control sits on this page. Use it and measurement stops in this browser.
What is collected
Google Analytics 4 records ordinary web measurement: which pages load, how long a visit lasts, roughly which region a request came from, which page sent you here, and which outbound links get clicked.
It also stores a randomly generated identifier in your browser so two visits from the same browser are counted as one returning reader rather than two new ones. That identifier is not a name and nothing here attaches one to it.
Serving a page also involves ordinary network information, such as the IP address a request arrives from, handled by the hosting service in the course of delivering the page.
Every page is delivered over an encrypted connection.
What is not collected
No health information. Nothing here asks what you weigh, what you take, or what condition you have, and there is no field in which to tell us.
No advertising identifiers. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and ad user data are set to denied for every visitor, from the first request onward, and there is no control that turns them on.
Because advertising storage never turns on, no advertising profile is built from your visit and there is no advertising identifier here to sell or share.
No account, no password, no payment detail, and no mailing list. There is no form on the site that takes any of them.
The opt-out posture, stated exactly
Measurement begins when you arrive. Analytics storage is allowed by default, and you can switch it off whenever you want.
Advertising storage never begins. It is denied on arrival and stays denied for the whole visit.
Global Privacy Control is honored, and it is checked before anything else runs. If your browser sends that signal, measurement does not start and you do not have to set anything by hand.
Your control over measurement
The opt-out control takes effect immediately, without a reload.
It is stored locally in the browser you set it in. It does not follow you to another browser, another device, or a private window, so set it in each place you want it.
Clearing your browser's site data clears the opt-out along with everything else, and you will need to set it again.

When you click through to a provider
A provider link takes you to that company's own site. From that point their privacy policy governs, and this one stops applying.
Where a company is a paid partner, the outbound hop attaches identifiers telling the affiliate network which site and which position sent the click. Those identifiers describe the page, not you.
Where a company is not a paid partner, the link carries no affiliate identifiers at all. There is no publisher id on it and no commission behind it.
It does carry plain referral tags, the ordinary kind that any analytics package reads, saying that this site sent the visit and which page it came from. That is how an unpaid company can see its own traffic, and it is worth nothing to us.
Nothing on either kind of link says who you are, because this site holds no name, email, or account to attach to one.
The hop is a redirect. It sets no cookie of its own and keeps no record of you.
Your browser tells the receiving company what it tells any site you open, including your network address. That is true of every link you follow anywhere.
What the exit panel remembers
Clicking out to a company that pays this site nothing can open one panel first, suggesting an alternative. Disclosure explains why it is there.
So it cannot turn into a nuisance, your browser keeps a small count of how often it has appeared in this visit, and which companies it has already appeared for.
That count is a number and a short list of provider slugs. It is never sent anywhere, it holds nothing about you, and it disappears when you close the browser.
What else is on the page
The typeface is served from this site's own address rather than pulled from a font service, so opening a page does not announce you to one.
Provider logos are files kept here and served from here. A logo on a table row does not call the company it belongs to.
Apart from the one measurement vendor, no third-party service loads on a page. No advertising network, no social widget, no embedded player.
Who else handles any of this
The measurement vendor named above processes what it measures, on its own systems and under its own terms.
A hosting service delivers the pages, which is where ordinary request information is handled.
Nothing is sold. Nothing goes to a data broker, an advertising network, or a company being compared here.
How long any of this lasts
Analytics data expires under the retention setting on the analytics property, after which the platform deletes it automatically.
The opt-out setting and the exit panel's counter are not held by us at all. They live in your browser, and clearing site data removes both.
An email you send is kept for as long as it takes to answer it and to keep a record of the answer. It is not added to analytics and not added to a list.
Email, and what to keep out of it
Writing to an address on this site tells us your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. That is the only way to hand this site anything about yourself.
Leave your medical details out of it. A correction needs a page, a sentence, and a source, and none of those has anything to do with your health.
Your rights, and what there is to exercise them on
Several state laws give residents the right to ask what information is held about them, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted.
Because this site keeps no account and no name, there is usually nothing tied to you to return, correct, or delete. A request is still answered, and it is answered honestly rather than with a form letter.

Using any of these rights changes nothing about your access. Every page, board, and review stays open either way.
Security, and what there is to secure
The best protection on this site is that there is almost nothing here to lose. No account, no password, no payment record, and no health record exists to be exposed.
Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit, and the measurement described above is the whole of the collection.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and nothing here should be read as a guarantee against every possibility.
No certification is claimed
This site collects no health records and holds no privacy certification, audit, seal, or accreditation. None is claimed anywhere on it.
What is described above is what the site does. It is not a compliance badge, and it should not be read as one.
Children
This site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If you believe a child has sent information here, write to the privacy address above and it will be deleted.
Changes and contact
When this policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date at the top moves with it.
