Both plans include a comprehensive blood panel and metabolic panel at a named national laboratory, and the page states what it considers that to be worth. The value figure is the seller's own estimate rather than a price anyone charges, and nothing here derives from it — but the inclusion itself is real and unusual.
A clinician is named with a credential on the plan page. Coupon codes for a discount off the first month ride the same page, so the first amount charged is lower than either published figure.
Two names that do not match
Its privacy notice is issued in the name of an operating company that has nothing in common with the brand, and where the brand appears in that document it carries no corporate form. So the company accountable for the medical record and the name on the door are different, and the site does not explain the relationship.
It also prints third-party retail figures for brand-name drugs on the same pages as its own prices. Those are market characterisations, not this seller's prices, and a careless reading takes them for its own. No compounding pharmacy is named and no service area is published.
