The homepage describes one payment without automatic renewals. Before paying, confirm the full prepaid amount, medication supply and what happens after that supply runs out. A monthly equivalent can make a longer commitment appear smaller than the charge you authorize.
The refund language needs clarification
The homepage promises a full refund if you are not approved or cancel before shipment. The separate refund policy is narrower: medical ineligibility can still incur a clinical-service deduction, and cancellation can involve service fees.
