Provider review

Delilah Review

Delilah publishes a membership agreement as a page of its own, with the billing date, the notice period for a fee change and the cancellation terms — and never says what the membership costs. Its clinical practice is the same professional association that operates the clinical side of another company already on this roster, one that sells to men.

A membership with everything but the number

The agreement says a membership fee is payable in advance, is due on the anniversary of the intake appointment, covers the duration of the membership and may run six months for some patients. It says the practice must give ninety days’ notice before changing it.

What it does not say is the figure, which is "as stated during initial sign-up". So a number exists and is not on the site.

One set of clinicians, two brands

Its privacy policy names the platform company and its state of incorporation, and names the clinical practice separately. That practice is the clinical entity behind another company on this roster — a men’s brand — and we checked that against the live roster rather than asserting it.

The platform companies differ, so this is a shared clinical group and not proof of a single operator. But it does mean two independently branded services draw on the same prescribers.

Two of its own product paths return a success code and land on the homepage, and a third returns a not-found. Its drug pages are not reachable at the addresses its own links use.

How this review was verified

  • Re-read the homepage, the membership terms, the privacy policy, the privacy practices and the terms of use on 7 September 2026, comparing requested to effective URLs with a nonsense path against the host in the same run, which returned a 404.
  • Recorded that two product paths resolve to the homepage and a third returns a not-found.
  • Checked the clinical practice against the live provider roster rather than asserting the relationship from memory.
  • Recorded the membership as required with an unpublished amount, rather than as a fee of zero.
  • Screened the brand and the operating company against FDA’s live warning-letter datatable with both controls green: no letter found.
