Our assessment
Fidelity Medical Clinic is a Tampa practice that sees patients in person and by telehealth across Florida, and it names all three of the practitioners who prescribe, with their credentials, their degrees and the universities that granted them. Its four priced pages say how many doses and how many weeks each figure buys, which is more than most sellers state. Two things need reading carefully. The semaglutide hero calls its figure monthly while the pricing card on the same page ties it to a two-month order. And two oral tirzepatide pages are live at once, with the same products at different prices.
Doses and weeks, not months
Every price card names a number of doses and a number of weeks. The injectable pages sell an initial prescription covering eight doses across two months, then a step-up prescription, then a maintenance prescription. The oral pages sell by tablet count and strength.
That is the right way to price a titrating drug, and it lets you work out the rate per dose. These are supply prices, not monthly rates, and the cards say so.
The semaglutide hero and its own price card disagree
The hero on the semaglutide page states the figure as a monthly rate, with a two-month order requirement beneath it. The pricing card lower down states the same figure as the initial prescription covering eight doses across two months.
One of those is a rate per month with a minimum order. The other is a price for the whole two months. Nothing on the page settles which, so ask before you order.
The tirzepatide figure doesn't move while the supply halves
On the injectable tirzepatide page, the same figure is printed three times: for an eight-dose two-month initial prescription, for a seven-dose seven-week step-up, and for a four-dose four-week maintenance fill.
So the number stays put while the supply shrinks by half. The maintenance fill costs the same as twice the medication, and it is easy to miss because the three cards look identical.
Two oral tirzepatide pages, two prices
The site's navigation link for oral tirzepatide points at one page. A second page, listed in the sitemap and reachable, carries the identical three rungs with the identical product descriptions at a higher figure.
Neither page says it is superseded. The figures here come from the page the clinic's own navigation links to, but you should confirm which one applies before ordering.
Every priced page also prints the brand-name list price and the lowest discount-card figure beside its own, together with the compounding disclaimer, in one paragraph.

Good fit if
- Florida readers who want the people prescribing named, with credentials that can be looked up.
- Buyers who want each price tied to a stated number of doses rather than to a month.
- Spanish-speaking patients — the clinic states its practitioners are bilingual and runs a Spanish version of its semaglutide page.
Look elsewhere if
- Anyone outside Florida.
- Readers who need the oral tirzepatide price settled, because two pages give two answers.
- Buyers who want the compounding pharmacy named; none is.
What stands out about Fidelity Medical Clinic
Strengths
- Names all three prescribing practitioners with their credentials, their degrees and the universities that granted them
- States how many doses and how many weeks each price buys, on every one of the four priced pages
- Publishes a street address, office hours and a telephone number on every page, and says its clinicians are bilingual
- Prints a comparison against the brand-name list price and the lowest discount-card figure beside every compounded price, with the compounding disclaimer in the same paragraph
Trade-offs
- Two oral tirzepatide pages are live at once with identical product descriptions and different prices, and nothing on either says which applies
- The semaglutide hero calls the figure a monthly rate while the pricing card on the same page attaches it to an eight-dose, two-month order
- The tirzepatide price is the same for a two-month supply, a seven-week supply and a four-week supply, so the rate per dose changes without the number moving
- No compounding pharmacy is named anywhere on the site
How this review was verified
- The homepage, the about page and all the priced weight-loss pages were read, along with the sitemap and the site's own navigation links.
- Two oral tirzepatide pages are live with identical product descriptions at different prices. The clinic's navigation links to the cheaper of the two.
- The semaglutide hero calls the figure a monthly rate with a two-month order requirement. The pricing card on the same page calls the same figure a two-month prescription.
- The about page names all three practitioners with their credentials, their degrees and the universities that granted them.
