A membership plus a blank
Each brand-name tile reads as a membership figure plus a cost. The membership is stated; the cost is not. Two of the tiles carry one membership figure and a third carries a higher one, so even the membership differs by brand.
That is more honest than folding an unstated drug price into a headline, and it is still a price a reader cannot act on. We have recorded the membership figures as fees.
The tablet costs more than the injection
Its two compounded lanes are a weekly injection and a daily dissolvable tablet, and the tablet is the more expensive of the two. That is the reverse of most of this roster, and the site does not hide it.
Neither names a molecule. Both are sold as GLP-1.
Its terms say the whole subscription term is billed upfront on the day of enrolment, which means the first charge is not one month’s worth. They also reserve the right to change the membership fee.
A service area stated, then hedged
The site states it currently offers services in all fifty states plus the District of Columbia. Elsewhere on the same site it says some services may not be available in all fifty states or the District of Columbia.
We have recorded the stated area and the hedge, because a reader deserves both. No compounding pharmacy or prescribing clinician is named.
MEDGm's published pricing
| Medication | Price | Verified |
|---|---|---|
| Glp-1 (compounded) | $169/mo⛔ THE MOLECULE IS NOT NAMED: "Starting at $169 · GLP-1 Injections · One simple injection per week", sold "through a seamless monthly plan" | September 2026source |
| Glp-1 (compounded-oral) | $239/mo"Starting at $239 · GLP-1 Tablets · One dissolvable tablet per day" — the oral lane costs more than the injection here, which is the reverse of most of this roster | September 2026source |
| Tirzepatide (brand) | $99/mo⛔ A FEE, NOT A DRUG PRICE: the tile reads "$99 Membership + Cost · Zepbound® Injection · Availability is subject to change". The "+ Cost" is never stated | September 2026source |
| Semaglutide (brand) | $171/mo⛔ A FEE, NOT A DRUG PRICE: "$171 Membership + Cost · Ozempic® Injection". Its Wegovy tile carries a lower membership at $99, so the membership itself differs by brand | September 2026source |

How this review was verified
- Re-read the GLP-1 page, the privacy policy, the privacy practices and the terms on 7 September 2026, comparing requested to effective URLs with a nonsense path against the host in the same run, which returned a 404.
- Recorded the brand tiles’ figures as membership fees, because the tiles say the drug cost is additional and never state it.
- Recorded both the stated service area and the hedge that appears elsewhere on the same site.
- Read the upfront billing term and the fee-change clause out of the terms rather than a marketing page.
- Screened an exact phrase of the brand against FDA’s live warning-letter datatable with both controls green: no letter found.
