Three terms, three totals
The product page prices a monthly plan, a quarterly plan and an annual plan, and prints the amount billed for each alongside the per-month figure. Divide the quarterly total by three and the annual total by twelve and both give the printed rates.
The research file that nominated this seller recorded only two of the three, and missed the annual plan, which carries the lowest figure on the page. That is the reason every figure here was re-read rather than carried across.
One drug priced, two named
The site title names semaglutide and tirzepatide. The product page we read prices semaglutide alone; nothing on it prices a tirzepatide product.
The same page also describes what it is selling as access to a dual GLP-1 and GIP mechanism. Semaglutide is a single-agonist molecule; the dual mechanism belongs to tirzepatide. That is either boilerplate carried across from another product page or a claim about the product that is not true of the product, and the page does not resolve which.
We have recorded the three semaglutide plans and nothing else, and left the mechanism sentence here as an observation about the page on the day it was read.
The warning letter
FDA wrote to this company in February 2026, having reviewed the website in December 2025, and found its claims about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide false or misleading under the misbranding provisions of the Act.
Twenty-one of the one hundred and fifty-eight sellers here carry a warning letter. It is disclosed and it moves nothing. It was found by searching the entity name; a search keyed to the seller's domain returns nothing.
No compounding pharmacy is named and no individual clinician is named. No service area is published. The membership question is not answered on a page carrying three plan prices.

- Readers who want three commitment lengths priced with their totals for one product.
- Buyers who want to see stock status stated on a product page rather than discovered at checkout.
Look elsewhere if
- Anyone shopping for tirzepatide. It is named in the site title and not priced on the page read.
- Readers for whom an FDA warning letter about website claims is disqualifying.
- Buyers who want the compounding pharmacy or a clinician named, or a service-area list.
- People who need the membership question answered.
How this review was verified
- Re-read the compounded semaglutide product page and the privacy policy on 6 September 2026, comparing the requested path to the effective path and running a nonsense path against the host in the same run.
- Recorded all three plan terms, including the annual plan that the research file missed, and checked that each published total divides to its printed per-month figure.
- Recorded the dual-mechanism sentence as read on the day, without deciding whether it is boilerplate or a claim.
- Screened the entity name and the brand name against FDA's live warning-letter record with a positive and a negative control in the same pass, re-fetched the letter, and confirmed its title names this exact entity, number and date against a minted nonsense letter path that returned a not-found status in the same run. Untitled letters are published separately and were not searched.
