Confirm the exact prescription and the full term payment before choosing a formula.

What the selected plan actually costs

The injection-with-B12 selection shows three-, six- and twelve-month subscription terms, with the full amount due alongside a monthly equivalent. Longer terms lower the displayed equivalent but require more money at the start. These are not independent month-to-month purchases.

The selected offer renews for the same term and provides a deadline for changing or canceling renewal. Save the plan confirmation and its renewal date. If paying through installments, stopping future treatment may not cancel the remaining payments owed for a committed term.

A formula menu needs a prescription name

EllieMD presents injections and oral drops, with GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP labels and optional added ingredients. The public menu alone is insufficient to identify the active molecule in every configuration. Ask for its generic name, concentration and the reason for any additive.

Oral drops should not be treated as equivalent to an FDA-approved oral tablet. Delivery route, formulation and evidence matter. A clinician should explain the proposed treatment rather than leaving the buyer to infer it from a product category.

Pharmacy and follow-up are clearer

The program names CloverX as its pharmacy partner, describes provider messaging and schedules reassessment at twelve-week intervals. It states availability in all fifty states. Those disclosures make it easier to ask concrete questions before enrollment.

State availability still does not guarantee that every formula is appropriate or available to every patient. Confirm the pharmacy that will fill your individual prescription and how a needed dose adjustment affects the supplied medication.

Understand the cancellation stages

The returns policy can retain an administrative fee before transmission to the provider or pharmacy. Once an order is processed at the pharmacy, it is nonrefundable. Medical ineligibility has separate refund provisions. The practical question is which stage your order has reached when you ask to stop.
