Three blocks, one page
The first block prices a semaglutide plan and a tirzepatide plan and says the programme, the consultation and the medication are included in one price. The second block prices compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide at bare starting rates with no renewal figure. The third block prices monthly and quarterly plans for each drug, each with a first month and an original monthly price.
Read together, the same compounded semaglutide is offered at three different standing rates and the same compounded tirzepatide at four. Nothing on the page says which block applies to a given buyer, and no block is marked as superseding another.

The renewals are printed, which is genuinely rare
Every promotional figure in the third block has the word originally and a monthly figure beneath it. Seventy-eight of the one hundred and fifty-eight sellers here carry a headline figure whose real condition is not disclosed. This one discloses the condition and then multiplies the conditions.
The page also states the cancellation position: an order cancelled after payment has a non-refundable visit and clinical fee deducted from the refund. That is a specific, checkable statement of what a cancellation costs.
What it does not state is whether a membership applies. Two of the three blocks say the pricing is all-inclusive and none says whether anything recurs beside the medication.
Who wrote the blog
Three blog posts are bylined to the same author name, one that reads as a placeholder rather than a person. It is not a clinical claim and it does not affect a price, but a seller whose editorial byline is a stock name is a seller whose review process is worth asking about.
The privacy policy names an operating limited liability company whose name shares nothing with the brand, and the Terms name the medical practices it works through.
No compounding pharmacy is named and no service area is published.

- Read the whole priced page rather than its first price block, which is how the second and third blocks were found; a reader who stopped at the first would have recorded one rate per drug.
- Recorded each block's figures separately with the block named in the qualifier, and resolved none of the contradictions.
- Counted the blog bylines rather than describing them, and found the same name three times.
- Screened the operating entity and the brand name against FDA's live warning-letter datatable, carrying a known letter as a positive control and a nonsense string as a negative control in the same pass; the positive control returned its letter and the negative returned nothing. Neither the entity nor the brand returned one. Untitled letters are published separately and were not searched, so the supportable claim is that no warning letter was found.
