Three charges, three floors
The FAQ answers the cost question with three separate sentences. A private community membership starts at one figure. Individual consultations run across a range. Medication plans start at a third figure and go up from there, with the seller naming three variables that move it.
Every one of those is a starting point. None is a price. A reader who takes the medication floor as this seller's price will be reading the smallest of three numbers, only one of which is bounded.
We have stored all three, with the two non-medication lines marked as fees that do not buy a drug, so no total on this site can add a community membership to a drug price as though they were the same thing.
The entities are named, and separated
Its notice of privacy practices names a practice management company and a surgical professional corporation, and uses them in sentences that make the division of labour clear. Its privacy policy names both again and points at its terms of service.
That is a better disclosure than most of this market. A reader can see which entity holds the medical record and which one runs the business, which is precisely the question that a single trading name hides.
A separately priced insurance service
Its navigation carries an insurance concierge with a price attached, offered in English and in Spanish. Whatever that service does, it is priced as a service rather than folded into a programme, which is the shape a reader can actually evaluate.
A note on measurement: the nonsense path we ran against this host returned a 404 carrying several thousand characters of text. The status code is honest; the body size is not a signal. Anything measured here has to be read off the status, never off the byte count.
