Our assessment
LeanRx names both molecules, says plainly that its preparations are compounded and not FDA-approved, and explains why comparing them to approved drugs is hard. Very few sellers here are that candid. The pricing is the opposite: two starting figures on the homepage with no period attached to either, and product pages whose pricing tables have a heading and nothing underneath.
A number with no unit
The homepage carries a program card for each molecule, each with a starting-at figure and no period beside it. Not per month, not per vial, not per program.
The FAQ confirms the number moves. It says the cost depends on whether you want one month of the program or can commit to a longer period, and that longer commitments carry deeper discounts.
A figure with no unit can't be compared against a monthly rate anywhere else. Until LeanRx says what its number buys, it isn't a price you can shop with.
The pricing table is missing
Each product page carries a heading announcing the program pricing for that molecule, and directly beneath it there is nothing.
The FAQ sends readers to those same pages for the detail. The detail isn't there, so the ladder is not published where the site says it is.
The charges that are published
The consultation carries a nominal fee, stated in the FAQ. Shipping is charged per shipment and waived if you prepay a long program or take the recurring subscription.
A dose above a stated weekly threshold costs extra per additional vial, published as a figure rather than left to a provider conversation. That is a genuinely useful disclosure.
The recurring subscription requires an initial twenty-four-week commitment before you can cancel, which is a much longer lock-in than the word subscription normally implies.
No map, no pharmacy, no name
The FAQ asks which states LeanRx is licensed in and answers with an aspiration and a link to a licensing map image. No state is named in text anywhere.
The pharmacy is described as one of our partnered compounding pharmacies, and elsewhere as state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacies or outsourcing facilities. A class, never a name.
No individual clinician is named either. The site talks about certified providers, licensed providers and your LeanRx practitioner.

Good fit if
- Readers who want both molecules from one seller and want them named.
- Buyers who value a frank statement that the product is compounded and not FDA-approved.
- People willing to sit a paid consultation to find out the real cost.
Look elsewhere if
- Anyone who needs a comparable monthly rate before starting.
- Readers who need to confirm their state is served.
- Buyers unwilling to accept a twenty-four-week commitment on a subscription.
- People who want a named pharmacy or a named prescriber.
What stands out about LeanRx
Strengths
- Names both molecules openly and says which one it considers more effective, rather than selling an unnamed GLP-1 program
- States that its preparations are compounded, that they are not FDA-approved, and why comparing them to approved drugs is difficult
- Prices the consultation and the shipping separately and says when shipping is waived, so those two costs are not buried
- Publishes the extra cost of a higher dose as a per-vial figure rather than leaving titration open-ended
- Offers the site in English and Spanish
Trade-offs
- The advertised starting figures do not state a billing period, and the FAQ says price varies by program length. Confirm the supply and full charge.
- The program pricing tables are on the product pages by heading only; the block beneath renders nothing in the served HTML, so the actual ladder is not published where a reader can read it
- No state list. The licensing answer is an aspiration and a link to a map image
- No compounding pharmacy is named and no individual clinician is named
- The recurring subscription is described as requiring an initial 24-week commitment before it can be canceled
- Shipping is charged per shipment unless you prepay a long program, so the cheapest headline is not the cheapest arrangement
How this review was verified
- The homepage, both product pages, the FAQ and the about page read.
- Neither published figure states what period it buys.
- The consultation charge, the shipping charge, the additional-vial charge and the twenty-four-week subscription commitment all come from the FAQ answers that carry them.
- The licensing answer names no state and points at a map image instead.

Frequently asked questions
Is the published figure monthly?
It doesn't say. Neither starting-at figure carries a period, and the FAQ says the cost depends on program length.
Where is the full price list?
The product pages have a pricing heading with nothing beneath it, so the ladder isn't readable there.
What else is charged?
A nominal consultation fee, shipping per shipment unless you prepay a long program, and an extra charge per additional vial above a stated weekly dose.
Can I cancel the subscription?
The FAQ says yes, after an initial twenty-four-week commitment.
Which states does it serve?
Not published in text. The FAQ links a licensing map image and names no state.
Which pharmacy fills the prescription?
Not named. The site describes a class of compounding facility.
