Bodybuilding Health+ Review

Bodybuilding Health+ prices four plan lengths for compounded semaglutide on a public page before any intake, states in its header that no monthly membership applies, and shows the arithmetic behind its three-month lane rather than hiding it. Then its own terms tell you it will not publish the states it serves and to email customer service instead. Thirty-three of the sixty-five sellers here publish no service area, but this is the only kind of silence that is written down on purpose.

$159.33/moThe seller's own division of a single upfront charge, and it states the arithmetic itself: "Popular 3 Months $159.33/mo Save $59" with "$478 total · billed once". Nothing is billed at this figure each month.Verified September 2026source

Four plan lengths, priced before the intake

The GLP-1 page prints a plan length beside every figure. One month, three, six and twelve, each with a per-month number and, on the three-month lane, the total and the fact that it is billed once.

That last detail is the one worth crediting. Most sellers that divide a prepayment into a monthly-looking figure never print the total, which makes the division impossible to check. Here it is stated for the three-month lane, which is why that lane is the multi-month figure this roster carries.

The six- and twelve-month lanes divide an upfront charge whose total the page does not state. They are real offers and they are not recorded as prices here, because a per-month figure derived from an amount nobody publishes is a claim a reader cannot verify.

The discounting is heavy, and it is the thing to read slowly

A sitewide banner offering a fixed amount off the first month was running when this page was read, so the figures recorded here are pre-discount. A first-month price is not a year's price, and the two are being presented in the same visual space.

Both drugs also carry a struck-through higher figure beside the live one. An advertised reduction is measured against a former price, and nothing on the page establishes what was previously charged. This site makes no claim that the struck figures were ever charged, and neither should a reader.

Thirty-one of the sixty-five sellers here have a recorded price-stability problem of one kind or another. This row has three at once: a promotional first month, a struck-through comparison, and multi-month lanes that divide a payment rather than describe a bill.

No monthly membership, stated in the seller's own words

The header ribbon on every page says no monthly membership and no hidden fees. Twenty-six of the sixty-five sellers here say something equivalent, and this roster records a membership as absent only when a seller states it rather than merely omits it.

That claim needs scoping, because this is not only a GLP-1 seller. The same storefront sells several other wellness products, and a fee statement on a storefront is not automatically a fee statement about the GLP-1 line. The wording checked here sits on the GLP-1 page and in the sitewide header, which is the right place for it.

What it means practically is that the plan figure is closer to a bill than the headline number from a seller who charges a separate membership underneath. Comparing the two on advertised figures alone underrates this row.

The state list it refuses to publish

The terms of service say the services are available to individuals located in certain states, and that to see the list of current states you should contact customer service by email. No list appears on the priced page, the terms, the privacy policy or the home page.

Treat that as different from silence. Most sellers with an empty coverage field on this roster simply never address it. This one addresses it and declines, in writing, which at least tells you the answer exists and who has it.

It is still a real obstacle. You cannot shortlist a seller whose availability you can only learn by emailing it, and the answer you get in an email is not a published commitment.

What is named, and what is not

The terms name an operating company, print a street address twice, and carry a governing-law clause naming a state and a county for arbitration. That is more corporate disclosure than a lot of this field offers, and it matters if anything ever goes wrong.

The pharmacy is not named. The individual clinicians are not named either — what is named is the medical group the clinicians work through, and that same group also delivers care for another seller in this comparison. Two brands, one clinical operation.

Third-party write-ups quote figures for this company that are not on its page today. Read the page. A press release is a source of names, not of prices.

Good fit if

  • Readers who want four plan lengths priced side by side on a public page, with the plan length printed next to each figure.
  • Buyers who want a seller to state the total behind a multi-month lane rather than only the divided figure.
  • People who want a written no-membership statement rather than an inference from silence.
  • Readers who want an operating company, an address and a governing-law clause published in the terms.

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone who needs to know before buying whether their state is served. The terms decline to publish the list and direct you to email customer service.
  • Readers who need the compounding pharmacy named.
  • Buyers comparing entry prices, since a first-month discount was running and both drugs advertise reductions against a struck-through figure.
  • People shortlisting several sellers as independent clinical opinions. Its medical group also serves another company in this comparison.

How this review was verified

  • Read the GLP-1 page in a browser and audited every dollar element for computed opacity, visibility and a real laid-out rectangle before recording a figure.
  • Recorded the one-month rate and the three-month lane whose total the page states, and deliberately left out the six- and twelve-month lanes, whose per-month figures divide an amount the page never prints.
  • Recorded the tirzepatide first-month rate as an introductory offer rather than as a price, and carried the struck-through figure into the qualifier rather than presenting it as a former price this site can vouch for.
  • Quoted the availability sentence from the terms verbatim rather than recording the missing state list as an absence, and censused the priced page, the terms, the privacy policy and the home page to confirm no list exists elsewhere.
  • Confirmed the operating company, the printed address and the governing-law and arbitration clauses in the terms of service.
  • Searched the agency's published warning-letter record for the operating company and for the trading name, 2017 to 2026. The operating company returns nothing. The trading name returns one row, which was opened and read and belongs to an unrelated company; it was read, not counted. That search covers warning letters only, and untitled letters are published separately and were not searched.

Where Bodybuilding Health+ ranks

Bodybuilding Health+ qualifies for 3 of the 6 boards on this site. A board only ranks the providers that meet its own condition, so a missing board means Bodybuilding Health+ does not publish what that board sorts on.

Frequently asked questions

Which states does it serve?

It will not say. Its terms state that the services are available in certain states and that you should email customer service for the current list. No list appears on the priced page, the terms, the privacy policy or the home page. That is a written refusal rather than an oversight, which at least tells you where the answer lives.

Is there a membership fee?

No, and the seller says so in its own words in the header on every page and again on the GLP-1 page. That makes its plan figure closer to a bill than the headline number from a seller who charges a separate monthly membership underneath the medication.

Which plan length should I compare against other sellers?

The one-month rate, if you want a like-for-like comparison against another seller's month-to-month figure. The three-month lane is lower, and the page states the total and that it is billed once, so you can check the division yourself. The longer lanes divide a total the page never prints.

What are the struck-through prices?

They are the higher figures the site shows its live prices against. Nothing on the page establishes what was previously charged, and this site makes no claim that those figures ever were. Treat an advertised reduction as a marketing statement until the seller says what it is measured against.

Who writes the prescription?

A named medical group rather than a named individual. That same group also delivers clinical care for another seller in this comparison, so shortlisting both is not two independent clinical opinions. The compounding pharmacy is not named anywhere.

Ready to compare directly?

Bodybuilding Health+ scores 2.9/10 on this site's rubric. Its full price, with its qualifier, is above — visiting a provider's site does not commit you to anything.
