Four plan lengths, priced before the intake
The GLP-1 page prints a plan length beside every figure. One month, three, six and twelve, each with a per-month number and, on the three-month lane, the total and the fact that it is billed once.
That last detail is the one worth crediting. Most sellers that divide a prepayment into a monthly-looking figure never print the total, which makes the division impossible to check. Here it is stated for the three-month lane, which is why that lane is the multi-month figure this roster carries.
The six- and twelve-month lanes divide an upfront charge whose total the page does not state. They are real offers and they are not recorded as prices here, because a per-month figure derived from an amount nobody publishes is a claim a reader cannot verify.
The discounting is heavy, and it is the thing to read slowly
A sitewide banner offering a fixed amount off the first month was running when this page was read, so the figures recorded here are pre-discount. A first-month price is not a year's price, and the two are being presented in the same visual space.
Both drugs also carry a struck-through higher figure beside the live one. An advertised reduction is measured against a former price, and nothing on the page establishes what was previously charged. This site makes no claim that the struck figures were ever charged, and neither should a reader.
Thirty-one of the sixty-five sellers here have a recorded price-stability problem of one kind or another. This row has three at once: a promotional first month, a struck-through comparison, and multi-month lanes that divide a payment rather than describe a bill.
No monthly membership, stated in the seller's own words
The header ribbon on every page says no monthly membership and no hidden fees. Twenty-six of the sixty-five sellers here say something equivalent, and this roster records a membership as absent only when a seller states it rather than merely omits it.
That claim needs scoping, because this is not only a GLP-1 seller. The same storefront sells several other wellness products, and a fee statement on a storefront is not automatically a fee statement about the GLP-1 line. The wording checked here sits on the GLP-1 page and in the sitewide header, which is the right place for it.
What it means practically is that the plan figure is closer to a bill than the headline number from a seller who charges a separate membership underneath. Comparing the two on advertised figures alone underrates this row.
The state list it refuses to publish
The terms of service say the services are available to individuals located in certain states, and that to see the list of current states you should contact customer service by email. No list appears on the priced page, the terms, the privacy policy or the home page.
Treat that as different from silence. Most sellers with an empty coverage field on this roster simply never address it. This one addresses it and declines, in writing, which at least tells you the answer exists and who has it.
It is still a real obstacle. You cannot shortlist a seller whose availability you can only learn by emailing it, and the answer you get in an email is not a published commitment.
What is named, and what is not
The terms name an operating company, print a street address twice, and carry a governing-law clause naming a state and a county for arbitration. That is more corporate disclosure than a lot of this field offers, and it matters if anything ever goes wrong.
The pharmacy is not named. The individual clinicians are not named either — what is named is the medical group the clinicians work through, and that same group also delivers care for another seller in this comparison. Two brands, one clinical operation.
Third-party write-ups quote figures for this company that are not on its page today. Read the page. A press release is a source of names, not of prices.
