Our assessment
LIV by WellNow publishes separate prices for two dose bands. Two dose bands, both priced, both with the weekly strength named, and one figure that covers the drug.
The second price, published before you need it
LIV names the weekly milligram strength behind each of its two priced bands. Compare the band your clinician prescribes; a genuinely flat-rate competitor may have a different pricing structure.
That matters because the higher band is where a lot of people end up. Knowing the number before you start is the difference between a plan and a surprise.
The FAQ restates both figures in prose, so the membership page and the FAQ agree instead of drifting apart, which not every seller manages across two pages.
One figure, and it says what it buys
Medication, supplies and unlimited virtual visits, stated in the same sentence as the price, on both the membership page and the FAQ. The membership page adds that there are no hidden fees.
There is a quarterly-payment discount, handled the right way round: the monthly rate is the headline and the discount sits beside it as an option, rather than the discounted number being sold as the price.
One rough edge. The membership page's footnote works the discount through using the average-dose figure, and the higher-dose discount is a different amount that only the FAQ states. Read the footnote and skip the FAQ and you'll have the higher band slightly wrong.
Class, not name
The FAQ says LIV contracts exclusively with United States 503A compounding pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities. That is a real statement about sourcing standards.
It is still a category. No pharmacy is named, so there is no facility you can look up or check for an inspection history.
No prescribing clinician is named either, across the homepage, the about page, the membership page and the FAQ. And no list of states appears anywhere, which is a real gap for a service that is entirely virtual.

Good fit if
- Readers who want the higher-dose price published before they titrate into it.
- Buyers who want one figure that covers medication, supplies and visits.
- People who want a prepayment discount shown as an option rather than as the headline.
- Readers who care that sourcing is restricted to United States facilities.
Look elsewhere if
- Anyone who wants a named compounding pharmacy.
- Readers who want to look up the prescribing clinician.
- Buyers who need to confirm the service covers their state.
- People who want tirzepatide, which isn't offered.
What stands out about LIV by WellNow
Strengths
- Prices two dose bands separately and names the weekly milligram strength behind each, so a reader titrating upward can see the second figure before they get there
- States what the figure buys, in the same sentence as the figure, on both the membership page and the FAQ
- Prints the quarterly-payment discount alongside the monthly rate rather than presenting the discounted number as the headline
- Discloses that it contracts exclusively with United States 503A compounding pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities
Trade-offs
- Names no compounding pharmacy, only the regulatory class of facility
- Names no prescribing clinician anywhere on its homepage, about page, FAQ or membership page
- Publishes no list of states it treats
- A footnote on the membership page describes the quarterly discount using the average-dose figure, while the higher-dose discount is a different amount that only the FAQ states
How this review was verified
- The homepage, the compounded semaglutide service page, the membership page, the FAQ and the about page read.
- Both dose-band figures appear on the membership page and again in the FAQ, and they agree.
- The quarterly rates are printed in per-month units but are earned only by paying three months of medication at once.
- The FAQ commits to United States 503A or 503B facilities without naming one.
- None of the five pages names a pharmacy, a clinician or a state served.

Frequently asked questions
Is the medication included in the price?
Yes. Both the membership page and the FAQ state the figure covers medication, supplies and unlimited virtual visits.
What happens to the price when my dose goes up?
A second, higher figure is published for the higher weekly strengths, so you know the increase in advance.
Is there a discount for paying ahead?
Yes, for paying three months of medication at once. It's a different amount for each dose band, and only the FAQ states both.
Which pharmacy compounds it?
Not named. The FAQ commits to United States 503A or 503B facilities without identifying one.
Does it offer tirzepatide?
No. The priced lane is compounded semaglutide only.
