None of them carries a figure. The only price token anywhere on the host is an empty cart total, and both its shop and its waiver paths redirect to a page announcing that the portal is being rebuilt.
Honest about its own role
It states plainly that compounded medications are made under FDA guidance during a brand shortage rather than implying they are the brand, and describes its own role as coordination: review, prescribing to third-party pharmacies, and order fulfilment with outside compounding vendors.
It names both operating companies in its own legal pages and prints a street address and a telephone number. It is a single-location practice with no service-area list, and it names no compounding pharmacy or prescribing clinician on the pages we read.
