Provider review

Nouri Review

Nouri prices a programme rather than a prescription, and it does the arithmetic in public: every per-month figure on its page carries the prepaid total beside it, for three terms across two drugs. It states what the one price covers, item by item, and claims all fifty states twice. The gaps are the usual ones — no pharmacy named, a medical-reviewer byline rather than a prescriber, and a tirzepatide lane that gets one starting figure where semaglutide gets a ladder.

The total is printed with the rate

The programme page prices a six-month plan and a three-month plan for semaglutide, each with a per-month figure and the amount billed for the whole term. A tirzepatide from figure sits alongside.

Printing both halves is the difference between a price and a marketing number. A per-month rate on a six-month prepayment is a division, not a bill; a reader who sees only the division does not know what leaves their account on day one. We have stored both, with the total shown in each qualifier.

One price, and a list of what it buys

The page states that the medication, a nutrition plan, a movement plan and concierge care are all at one price, and prices nothing separately. We have recorded the membership as included on that basis. Fourteen of the one hundred and fifty-eight sellers here publish a figure that already covers the medication and everything around it.

It also publishes a stated thirty-day promise on the first order, described as beginning without the bet. What that promise actually refunds is set out in the page copy rather than left as a slogan.

Fifty states, and one name to be careful with

Coverage in all fifty states is stated twice on the priced page, once in the description of how the medication ships and once in the closing block. Thirty-three of the one hundred and fifty-eight sellers here publish a fifty-state service area.

The clinical disclosure is thinner. The page carries a medically-reviewed-by byline with a name and a credential and a review date, which is an editorial credit rather than a statement about who prescribes. That same name, with the same credential, appears as a named clinician on the priced page of another seller added to this site in the same batch. We record that the name appears on both, and nothing further: a clinician may work with several services. What it demonstrates is that a name on a page is a weaker signal than it looks.

No compounding pharmacy is named. One hundred and twenty-six of the one hundred and fifty-eight sellers here name none.

Good fit if

  • Buyers who want the prepaid total printed beside the per-month rate before they commit.
  • Readers who want a list of what a single programme price actually buys.
  • People who need a fifty-state coverage claim.

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone comparing tirzepatide across terms; only one starting figure is published for it.
  • Readers who want the compounding pharmacy named.
  • Buyers who read a medically-reviewed byline as a statement about who will prescribe for them.
  • People who want a brand-name route; three brands are named on the page and none is priced.

How this review was verified

  • Re-read the weight-loss programme page and the notice of privacy practices on 6 September 2026, comparing the requested path to the effective path and running a nonsense path against the host in the same run.
  • Stored each per-month figure with its published prepaid total in the qualifier, rather than presenting a division as a bill.
  • Set the membership status from the page's own statement that everything is at one price, and confirmed that nothing else on the page is priced separately.
  • Checked the medical-reviewer name against the other sellers added in this batch and recorded the recurrence as a recurrence of a name.
  • Screened the operating entity and the brand name against FDA's live warning-letter record with a known letter as a positive control and a nonsense string as a negative control in the same pass. Neither returned a letter. Untitled letters are published separately and were not searched.

Frequently asked questions

What is billed on day one?

The prepaid total for the term, which the page prints beside each per-month figure. On the six-month plan that is six months at once.

What does the price include?

The page states the medication, a nutrition plan, a movement plan and concierge care, all at one price, and prices nothing separately.

Does it serve my state?

It states all fifty states, twice on the priced page.

Is the named reviewer my prescriber?

The page does not say so. The name appears in a medically-reviewed-by byline, which is an editorial credit. The same name appears as a named clinician on another seller reviewed here.

Can I get a brand-name product?

Three brand names appear on the page as comparisons. None of them is priced or offered.
