Our assessment

Nouri sells a program rather than a prescription, and it does the arithmetic in public: every per-month figure carries the prepaid total beside it, across three terms and two drugs. It lists what the one price covers, item by item, and claims all fifty states twice. The gaps are the familiar ones — no pharmacy named, a medical-reviewer byline standing in for a prescriber, and a tirzepatide lane that gets one starting figure where semaglutide gets a ladder.

The total is printed with the rate

The program page prices a six-month plan and a three-month plan for semaglutide, each with a per-month figure and the amount billed for the whole term. A tirzepatide from figure sits alongside them.

Printing both halves is the difference between a price and a marketing number. A per-month rate on a six-month prepayment is a division, not a bill, and if you only see the division you don't know what leaves your account on day one.

One price, and a list of what it buys

The page says the medication, a nutrition plan, a movement plan and concierge care all come at one price, and it prices nothing separately. Sixty-three of the four hundred and twenty sellers here publish a figure that already covers the medication and everything around it.

There is also a thirty-day promise on the first order, described as beginning without the bet. What that promise refunds is spelled out in the page copy rather than left as a slogan.

Fifty states, and one name to be careful with

Coverage in all fifty states is stated twice on the priced page, once in the description of how the medication ships and once in the closing block. Eighty-four of the four hundred and twenty sellers here publish a fifty-state service area.

The clinical disclosure is thinner. The page carries a medically-reviewed-by byline with a name, a credential and a review date, which is an editorial credit rather than a statement about who prescribes. That same name, with the same credential, appears as a named clinician on the priced page of another seller reviewed here. A clinician may well work with several services, so this proves nothing about the person — it shows that a name on a page is a weaker signal than it looks.

No compounding pharmacy is named. Three hundred and twenty-six of the four hundred and twenty sellers here name none.
