Our assessment

Almost nobody in this comparison tells you who makes the drug and who signs the prescription. NuDay Rx tells you both. It names its compounding pharmacy with a phone number and a website, names three prescribing physicians, two of them with NPI numbers you can look up, and walks through its pharmacy's quality control down to lot numbering and third-party potency testing. Read the state answer carefully, though. The fifty-state line belongs to its physician network, not to NuDay's own delivery map.

The disclosures are real

One FAQ answer names the compounding pharmacy with a phone number and website, and adds that the company speaks with its pharmacies weekly about shortages, delays and testing reports. Another names the medical provider network, names its physician contact, then names two further doctors with their NPI numbers.

A third answer walks through the compounding process: a certificate of analysis confirmed on every active-ingredient lot, frozen sealed storage, aseptic compounding into numbered lots, quarantine pending independent third-party potency, sterility and endotoxin testing, and lot numbers scanned against the patient file at dispensing.

None of that is required of a seller. Almost nothing else here does it.

Eight prices on one panel

The weight-loss tab prices four non-brand lanes, injectable and oral on both molecules, and four brand-name drugs, all on the same panel with no toggle between them.

The cost FAQ says the listed prices include the telehealth consultation, the treatment plan, a monthly prescription, shipping and support. That is a clearer answer than most sellers give about what sits behind their number.

A separate bundle tab prices two three-month packages. One of them costs slightly more than paying the site's own single-month rate three times over. Check the arithmetic before you take the bundle.

The fifty-state line belongs to someone else

The answer headed "Who is our Medical Team?" says the practice is supported by a physician network whose professionals are certified in all fifty states to practice medicine. The very next sentence tells you to check shipping availability for your own state.

Those two sentences do different jobs. The first describes a partner's licensure. The second concedes that NuDay's own delivery footprint is narrower, or at least unconfirmed.

So NuDay does not say it serves your state. Confirm it before you pay for anything.

One structural oddity

The brand's own address redirects to a partner path, and that partner path is where the priced catalog lives. The domain itself does not carry the shop.

Who NuDay Rx suits

Good fit if

  • Readers who won't buy without knowing the pharmacy and the prescriber by name.
  • Buyers comparing four non-brand lanes against four brand-name drugs on a single panel.
  • People who want to know what the listed price actually includes.

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone who needs their state confirmed as served, because the site tells you to check rather than telling you.
  • Buyers drawn to the three-month bundles, one of which is not cheaper than paying monthly.
  • Readers who expect the priced catalog to live at the brand's own address.

What stands out about NuDay Rx

Strengths

  • Names its compounding pharmacy with a phone number and website, and says it speaks with it weekly about shortages, delays and testing
  • Names three prescribing physicians, two of them with NPI numbers a reader can look up
  • Publishes cash prices for four brand-name drugs alongside four compounded lanes on the same panel
  • States in the FAQ exactly what the listed price covers, so nothing sits behind the number
  • Describes its pharmacy quality-control chain step by step, down to lot numbering and third-party potency testing

Trade-offs

  • The all-fifty-states line describes its physician networks licensure, not its own service area — the same answer tells readers to check shipping availability for their state, and no list of served states appears
  • The three-month tirzepatide bundle costs slightly more than paying the sites own monthly rate three times
  • The homepage redirects to a partner path, so the priced catalog does not live at the address the brand advertises

How this review was verified

  • The priced catalog was read across all three product tabs, and every FAQ accordion item was opened.
  • The pharmacy, the physicians and the pricing scope are all disclosed inside FAQ answers rather than on the product pages.
  • The medical-team answer says the physician network is certified in all fifty states, then tells readers to check shipping for their own state. NuDay makes no claim about its own service area.
  • One of the two three-month bundles costs slightly more than three months at the site's own single-month rate.

NuDay Rx qualifies for 5 of the 6 boards on this site. A board only ranks the providers that meet its own condition, so a missing board means NuDay Rx does not publish what that board sorts on.

Frequently asked questions

Which pharmacy compounds the medication?

The FAQ names one, with a phone number and website, and describes its testing and lot-tracking process at length.

Who prescribes?

Three physicians are named, two of them with NPI numbers, alongside the medical provider network they work through.

Which states does it serve?

It doesn't say. The fifty-state statement describes its physician network's licensure, and the same answer tells you to check shipping availability for your own state.

What does the listed price include?

The FAQ says the telehealth consultation, a personalized treatment plan, a monthly prescription, shipping, and email and phone support.

Does it sell FDA-approved medication?

Yes. Four brand-name drugs carry published monthly figures on the same panel as the compounded lanes.

Are the three-month bundles cheaper?

One is. The other costs slightly more than paying the site's own single-month rate three times.
