Our assessment
NuviaRX gives you the two disclosures that are hardest to get anywhere else: two pharmacies with street addresses and phone numbers, and two prescribing physicians with a state license number each. Almost nobody does both. Where it falls down is its own prices. The compounded rate requires an annual plan on the page that sells it, and loses that condition on two other pages. Its two brand pages carry the same figure for two different manufacturers' drugs, beside a per-case unit that isn't a month of therapy.
Pharmacies and physicians, by name
The pharmacy answer names two businesses with street addresses, phone numbers and opening hours. The service-area answer names two physicians and prints a license number for each of the four states they are assigned to.
A license number is the strongest version of this disclosure. You can check it against a state board instead of taking a claim on trust.
The annual condition that comes and goes
On the page that sells the compounded drugs, each price card carries a footnote saying the rate requires purchase of an annual plan. The comparison table lower down the same page repeats the figures with an asterisk and no explanation. A second product page repeats them as an as-low-as rate with no condition at all.
So the same numbers appear three times with three different amounts of qualification, and the annual total is never printed anywhere. Before you buy, get the yearly commitment in writing.
The cards do promise two real things: the price is the same at every dosage, and there is no membership fee.
The brand pages contradict themselves
The Zepbound page and the Wegovy page carry the same starting figure for two different manufacturers' products. Beneath each figure sits a per-case unit, which is neither a month of therapy nor a consumer quantity.
The "why us" block on both pages talks about a third drug, which is neither of the two being sold. That is a copy-paste error sitting right beside a price.
Each page prints a monthly suffix and a per-case unit on adjacent lines, so what a month of the brand route actually costs is not stated.
Signs of a template
The branded weight-loss page shows a live software error where its content should be, an undefined-function message printed to the visitor.
The about page is word for word identical to the about page of a different seller running on the same platform. Neither of these changes a price, but both tell you how much of this site is boilerplate nobody has read.
No list of states is published. The answer is the United States only, with restrictions to be confirmed at intake.

Prices re-verified September 2026
| Medication | Price |
|---|---|
| MedicationSemaglutide (compounded) — all dosages, same price | Price$140/moper month, but only when you buy the annual plan — the annual total isn't published, and other pages on the site list this price with no such condition. |
| MedicationTirzepatide (compounded) — all dosages, same price | Price$170/moper month, but only when you buy the annual plan — the annual total isn't published, and other pages on the site list this price with no such condition. |
| MedicationTirzepatide (brand) — Zepbound®, "24 / Case" | Price$1,299starting price, but the seller lists it both as per month and as a 24-unit case, so it's unclear what one payment covers. |
| MedicationSemaglutide (brand) — Wegovy®, "24 / Case" | Price$1,299same price and case-count mix-up as the Zepbound listing — it's unclear whether this is a monthly rate or a per-case price. |

Good fit if
- Readers who want the prescribing physician named with a state license number they can verify.
- Buyers who want the compounding pharmacy named with an address and a phone number.
- People who want both a compounded and a brand route from one seller.
Look elsewhere if
- Anyone who needs the annual commitment behind the compounded rate stated consistently.
- Readers who need a brand price with a unit that means a month.
- Buyers who need to know whether their state is served before starting an intake.
What stands out about NuviaRX
Strengths
- Names two pharmacies with street addresses, telephone numbers and opening hours: Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina and RX Compounding Store in Miami, Florida
- Names two prescribing physicians and prints a state license number for each of the four states where they are assigned
- Says on the compounded cards that the price does not move with the dose and that there is no membership fee
- Carries an unusually complete compounded-medication disclosure, including the dates each molecule left the FDA shortage list
- Runs a brand lane alongside the compounded one rather than only implying that brand exists
Trade-offs
- The annual-plan condition on the compounded rate appears on the product page and disappears on the comparison table and the GLP-GIP page, which print the same figures as "As low as" with no condition
- The Zepbound page and the Wegovy page carry the same starting figure for two different manufacturers' products, both annotated "24 / Case", a unit that does not describe a month of therapy
- Both brand pages' "Why NuviaRx?" block reads "Using Ozempic® means you're backed by medical professionals" — the wrong drug on both pages
- Its branded weight-loss page renders a live software error in place of the content: "Error: Call to undefined function inpageEmbed()"
- Publishes no list of states served; the answer is "the United States only" with unspecified state restrictions to be "disclosed and confirmed ... as part of the intake process"
- Its about page is word-for-word identical to the about page of a different seller on the same platform
- No FDA warning-letter screen was run for this seller
How this review was verified
- The product pages, the brand pages, the about page and the FAQ answers were read.
- The pharmacy and service-area answers sit inside FAQ items that have to be opened. The pharmacy addresses and the physician license numbers are printed there.
- The compounded figures carry an annual-plan footnote on the product page, an unexplained asterisk in the comparison table, and no condition at all on a second product page.
- The Zepbound page and the Wegovy page print the same starting figure and both name a third, unrelated drug in the same block.
- Both brand pages print a monthly suffix and a per-case unit on adjacent lines, so neither states a monthly price.
Where NuviaRX ranks
NuviaRX qualifies for 4 of the 6 boards on this site. A board only ranks the providers that meet its own condition, so a missing board means NuviaRX does not publish what that board sorts on.
- Semaglutide — #44 of 334
- Tirzepatide — #41 of 319
- Cheapest Overall — #47 of 396
- Brand-Name Available — #31 of 88
