A pharmacy directory, not a pharmacy claim
Most sellers here describe their pharmacy in the abstract: accredited, licensed, vetted, unnamed. Ondra publishes a page listing six partners by name, each with its 503A or 503B class, the additive it compounds with, and the states it cannot serve.
Hallandale Pharmacy, Boudreaux's New Drug Store, Vials RX, Southend Pharmacy and Drug Crafters Pharmacy are all listed as 503A, and the FAQ adds a 503B option through NewLife RX with Hyalo Pharmacy. A 503A pharmacy compounds for an individual patient's prescription; a 503B outsourcing facility registers with the FDA and makes batches. Which of the two prepares your medication is a real difference, and Ondra is the rare seller here that lets you see it before you order.
The buyer chooses. The site filters the list to what is eligible where you live rather than assigning a pharmacy quietly at checkout. If you have ever tried to find out who actually compounded a vial you already paid for, you will understand why that matters.
One price at every dose, and a cheaper ladder with strings on it
Ondra states the titration rule as a promise rather than a footnote: you do not pay more as your dose goes up. The plan table backs it, and the same inclusion list puts the consultation, the medication, the supplies and the shipping inside the figure with no membership on top. The FAQ answers the fee question twice in the same words.
The plan table also runs four lengths, and the per-month figure falls as the term gets longer. The floor is the twelve-month plan, which is billed once, up front, for the whole year. The page title advertises that floor as the starting price.
Read the footnote under the table before you plan around it. Six- and twelve-month plans are available through two of the six pharmacies only. So the cheapest rate is not simply a longer commitment, it is a longer commitment that also narrows your pharmacy choice to a pair — which is the feature Ondra is otherwise selling. If you are comparing Ondra against a flat-rate seller, compare the month-to-month figure.
The exclusions attach to the pharmacy, not to the plan
Ondra's service-areas page is titled for fifty states and Puerto Rico, and the footer repeats free shipping across all of them. That is the company-level answer.
The pharmacy pages give a different, more useful one. Every partner except Vials RX carries its own list of states it cannot serve — Hallandale alone is marked unavailable in nine of them. So the set of plans you can actually buy depends on where you live in a way the headline price never shows.
This is unusually honest disclosure and unusually easy to miss. Before you decide Ondra is the seller that lets you choose your pharmacy, check which pharmacies are still on the list in your state, and then check whether either of the two that sell the long plans is among them.
Four brands, one prescribing group
Ondra names its medical director, Dr. Michael Wasef, MD, with an NPI number a reader can look up, and four further physicians beneath him. Naming a prescriber with a checkable license number is better than most of this roster manages.
Here is the part that changes how you should read a comparison. The prescribing entity is Wasef Health, PC, and five of the fifty-six sellers compared on this site prescribe through Wasef Health: Ondra Health, Gimme Care, Effecty, Trava Health and Cora Health. They are separate companies with separate websites, separate prices and separate pharmacies, and the same clinical group stands behind all five.
There is nothing improper about that. A telehealth brand is a storefront, and storefronts share clinical infrastructure the way they share payment processors. But if you shortlisted four of these brands believing you were choosing between four physician networks, you were not. You were choosing between four price cards over one prescribing operation. Compare them on price, pharmacy, plan terms and state coverage, which are genuinely different, and do not treat the clinical review as a fifth variable.
A very new company making a long-term promise
Ondra's own schema markup dates the company to January 2026. The flat-price-forever promise, the six-pharmacy panel and the year-long prepaid plan are all being offered by a business with months of operating record behind them.
That is not a fault, and every seller was new once. It is a reason to prefer the month-to-month plan on a first order and to earn your way into a longer term, rather than paying for a year of a company you have not yet been shipped by.
The catalog is compounded only. Nothing brand-name is sold and the site says so plainly, which is better than leaving a menu of brand pages that go nowhere.

How this review was verified
- Read the homepage plan table, both product pages, the pharmacy directory, the service-areas page and the FAQ, and read every one of them a second time at least sixty seconds after the first, so a figure that moved between loads would show itself.
- Ran a nonsense path against the same host in the same run, to confirm the site does not answer every URL with a plausible page. A 200 from a host that answers 200 to anything proves nothing, and nothing was recorded from this site until that control failed as it should.
- Logged the month-to-month and the twelve-month figure for both drugs, and carried the footnote restricting the long plans to two of the six pharmacies into the qualifier, so the cheapest number cannot travel into a comparison without it.
- Read the pharmacy directory partner by partner and recorded each one's regulatory class and its stated state exclusions rather than summarizing them as a single availability claim.
- Confirmed the medical director and the NPI number as the site prints them, and confirmed the prescribing entity against the terms, then checked that entity against every other row on this roster. Five of the fifty-six name Wasef Health.
- Took the fifty-states-plus-Puerto-Rico line from the service-areas page itself rather than converting a pharmacy licensing statement into a coverage claim.
