Four links that are not a claim
The footer heading says States and four states are listed under it. That could be a service area, or it could be the states whose telemedicine rules require a disclosure to be published — four of the states with such rules are exactly these four.
We have recorded no service area. Turning four links into a claim about where a company will treat you is the kind of invention this site exists to avoid, and the seller can settle it in one sentence whenever it likes.
Clear about what it is not
The site says it is not a pharmacy or a healthcare provider and that both are third parties, states which class of compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions, and publishes dosing instructions for the GLP-1 lane.
It names its operating company more than thirty times across its privacy policy and terms, in one form. No price, no named pharmacy, no named prescribing clinician, and nothing said about a membership fee.
