Our assessment
Always Wellness and Recovery publishes a price for every dose on both molecules — five rungs on one, six on the other — with the supply length written into each option label. Almost nothing else here does that. Most sellers publish the first rung and let the rest arrive at titration. It also answers the state question in one sentence and names six physicians. Then it says nothing whatsoever about whether a fee sits on top.
The whole ladder, not the first rung
Each injectable product has a dose selector, and every option in it changes the price on the button. So you can see before you start what the same program costs after two titrations, which is the number that actually decides whether you can afford it.
Every option label also states its own supply length, so each figure is unambiguously one month of medication rather than a vial of unstated duration.
The ladders climb evenly until the very top of the tirzepatide range, where the step is roughly three times the size of the ones below it. The page does not explain the jump. Worth knowing before you pick a program whose end point is up there.
Three-month bundles, priced from
Alongside the single vials the shop sells three-month titration protocols, one covering the opening quarter of treatment and one covering the next, each described as three monthly vials on a physician-guided schedule.
Both are advertised with the word from, so neither is a fixed total. They are still useful. Read as a pair, they show the cost of a course rising between the first quarter and the second, which is the shape of most people's first six months.
A direct answer on states
The Help Center asks whether the company ships to all fifty states and answers yes, nationwide. The footer repeats that the telehealth service is available nationwide.
That is a plain answer to the question most sellers deflect to a phone call, and it costs you nothing to find.
Six named doctors, and one thing missing
The providers page names six physicians with their specialties and identifies which of them is the medical director. Set against the category descriptions most sellers offer — board-certified physicians, licensed providers — that is a real disclosure.
None of the six carries a license number, an NPI or a state, so you cannot check the roster against any registry from the page itself. No compounding pharmacy is named either; the pages say USA-licensed pharmacies.
The bigger gap is money. The word membership does not appear once across the two product pages, the shop, the providers page and the Help Center. The nearest statement is about billing — nothing is charged unless a physician approves the treatment — which is a useful promise and a different one.

What stands out about Always Wellness and Recovery
Strengths
- Publishes a price for every dose on both molecules rather than an entry figure, so the cost of titrating up is visible before starting
- Puts the term inside every option label, so each figure is unambiguously a one-month vial
- Answers the state question directly in its Help Center rather than deferring it to a phone call
- Names six physicians with their specialties and identifies which is the medical director
- States that nothing is charged unless a physician approves the prescription
Trade-offs
- Says nothing at all about a membership or program fee anywhere on the site
- Names no compounding pharmacy
- The named physicians carry no license number, NPI or state, so the roster cannot be checked against any registry from the page
- The three-month titration bundles are published as "From" figures, so neither is a fixed total
- The top tirzepatide rung jumps well above the even steps below it, which the page does not explain
How this review was verified
- Both dose ladders are published rung by rung, including the outsized final step at the top of the tirzepatide range.
- The Help Center's answer on state coverage is collapsed by default and has to be clicked open. It was read.
- None of the six named physicians is listed with a license number, an NPI or a state.
- The word membership appears on none of the pages read.

Which states does it serve?

Is there a membership fee?
The site never says. The word does not appear anywhere on the pages read. It says only that nothing is charged unless a physician approves treatment.
