It also says plainly that the pharmacy filling a given prescription may vary, and that whichever one does will be identified on the label.
That combination — a named facility a reader can look up against a board of pharmacy record, plus an honest note that it may not always be the one — is a better disclosure than a longer list of names with no contact details behind any of them.

Nothing on either priced page states whether a membership fee applies. The pages say there are no hidden fees and no price increases, which describes disclosure rather than answering the question.
