Our assessment
Elevate puts a four-rung plan ladder on each compounded molecule and a brand program beside them, on the checkout pages where you actually choose rather than on a marketing page. Each compounded product is labeled with the molecule it contains. But every rung below the monthly one is a plan total divided by the number of months, and that total appears nowhere, so you never see the sum you are committing to. And the site's own footer disclosure still has an unfilled template placeholder where the drug name belongs.
Four rungs, none of them a printed total
Each compounded checkout page offers a monthly subscription and three longer plans. The monthly one is a real month-to-month rate. The other three each show a saving amount and a per-month figure.
Do the arithmetic and every one of those per-month figures is the monthly rate multiplied out over the plan length, less the stated saving, divided back down. The amount you are actually charged at signup is never printed.
So treat the three longer rungs as divisions, not as bills. Before you sign up for one, ask what leaves your account on day one.
A brand program with no ladder
The brand checkout page offers one plan only, a monthly subscription, at a figure several times the compounded rates. Nothing on the page itemizes what is inside it, and no plan lengths are offered.
It is at least priced, which many sellers routing to a brand product never manage. But you can't see whether the figure is the drug, the care, or both.
The discount that arrives with the link
The homepage's calls to action carry a coupon code in the URL, so the checkout page opens with a discount already applied and a banner announcing it. The first figure you see is a promotional one.
No compounding pharmacy is named, only state-licensed pharmacies. No individual clinician is named; two clinician networks are. No list of states served is published.

Good fit if
- Readers who want a plan ladder on each molecule and a brand option in the same place.
- Buyers who want each compounded product labeled with the molecule it contains.
- People comparing what a longer commitment does to a per-month rate.
Look elsewhere if
- Anyone who needs to see the total a plan commits them to before agreeing.
- Readers who need the pharmacy or the prescribing clinician named.
- Buyers who need to know whether their state is served.
What stands out about Elevate Health
Strengths
- Publishes a four-rung ladder on each compounded molecule, and the ladders are on the checkout page where a buyer actually chooses, not on a marketing page
- Labels each compounded product with the molecule it contains rather than leaving it as an unnamed GLP-1
- Prices a brand program alongside the compounded ones instead of only alluding to brand
- Names the two clinician networks its prescribers are contracted through
- States on the product tiles that compounded medications are not FDA-approved and that a prescription is not guaranteed
Trade-offs
- Its own footer disclosure still contains an unfilled template placeholder: "The medications offered are compounded versions of [Semaglutide/Tirzepatide]" — square brackets and a slash where the drug name should be
- Every multi-month rate is the plan total divided by the number of months, and no plan total appears anywhere on the page — so the sum a buyer commits to is never shown
- The same footer says its platform "facilitates access to compounded medications" and that its medications are "not ... the same as ... Zepbound®", on a site that sells a Zepbound program
- The home page leads with a discount coupon applied through the link, so the first figure a buyer sees is a promotional one
- Names no compounding pharmacy and no individual prescribing clinician
- Publishes no list of states served
- No FDA warning-letter screen was run for this seller
How this review was verified
- The checkout pages for each product were read, one product at a time.
- Each multi-month per-month figure equals the monthly rate over the plan length, less the stated saving, divided back down. No plan total is printed anywhere on the site.
- The monthly subscription is the only true month-to-month rate on each product.
- The footer disclosure contains an unfilled template placeholder where the drug names belong.
- No pharmacy name, no clinician name and no state list appears on the homepage, the product pages or the footer.
