Our assessment

ElitePhysiqMD puts four GLP-1 molecules on one shelf and adds a brand-name route beside them. Every product page does the arithmetic for you: the member price, the list price, the visit fee, the shipping fee and what a one-time buyer gives up. What the arithmetic doesn't put up front is that every advertised figure is a member rate, and the membership is a separate recurring charge. It also sells retatrutide, which its own listing calls investigational.

Four molecules, priced against each other

Compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, compounded liraglutide and retatrutide all sit on the same shop shelf with a figure attached, alongside a brand-name tirzepatide route fulfilled through the manufacturer direct pharmacy. Very few sellers let you see what switching molecule actually costs.

The spread is instructive. Brand tirzepatide costs several times the compounded version, the daily liraglutide sits above the weekly tirzepatide, and the compounded semaglutide is the cheapest thing on the shelf. Those relationships are hard to see anywhere the products live on separate pages.

The headline is a member rate

Every product page states the membership charge, says it renews automatically until you cancel, and says that member pricing, waived visit fees and free shipping apply only while it is active. Order one-off instead and you pay the list price plus a visit fee plus shipping, every single time.

So the advertised figure is neither the list price nor your bill. Set it against a competitor's all-in monthly rate and you are comparing a discounted medication line against a total. Add the membership before you compare.

Retatrutide on the same shelf

The shop prices retatrutide, and its own listing describes the compound as investigational. That is a molecule with no approved finished product behind it, listed beside semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide, which have FDA-approved products; that does not make their compounded versions approved.

If you don't already know the difference between a compounded version of an approved drug and a compounded version of an unapproved one, this shelf won't teach you. It displays both the same way.

Two entry prices that don't match

The homepage advertises a GLP-1 starting figure well below the cheapest compounded rate on the shop shelf. The two pages don't describe the same entry price, and nothing reconciles them.

Otherwise the disclosure is thin in the usual places. No compounding pharmacy is named; the site names the manufacturer pharmacy for the brand route only. No individual prescribing clinician or medical director is identified, despite physician-led being the framing on every page. It does say it prescribes in all fifty states.
