Our assessment

Embody offers one-month compounded GLP-1 plans and larger prepaid supplies with visible totals and named pharmacy partners. Its refund policy is the main constraint: payments become final at purchase, with a limited medical-disqualification exception. The annual monthly equivalent should therefore be weighed against the amount committed upfront.

Annual totals are not monthly charges

The twelve-month semaglutide and tirzepatide product pages show a full supply total. Their lower monthly equivalents help compare plan lengths, but they are not monthly billing amounts. The price table above labels these as prepaid totals.

Before purchasing a year, confirm the dispensing schedule, storage requirements and what happens if the clinician changes your dose. A twelve-month program name does not establish that every vial arrives together or remains usable for the entire period.

One-month offers provide a different commitment

The current one-month products carry promotional prices alongside higher regular prices. These should not be assumed to remain available indefinitely or to establish a guaranteed renewal rate. Ask what the next charge will be for the plan selected.

Embody describes one bundled program charge with clinical access and medication where appropriate. The homepage states no separate membership or hidden fees. That makes the payment structure easier to understand, but it does not mean unused parts of the bundle can be refunded independently.

The refund restriction is substantial

The refund policy makes payments final at purchase, including unused multi-month plans. A limited medical-disqualification provision may return an unused portion after services already provided. Deciding not to continue is not the same as medical disqualification.

Cancellation requests must arrive at least seventy-two hours before the next billing date. Use that specific policy deadline rather than relying on the homepage’s broader wording about canceling before shipment. Save the confirmation and distinguish stopping renewal from requesting money back.

Pharmacy names help, but confirm your order

Embody names Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, HealthWarehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx in its disclosures. Ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription and obtain the concentration and storage instructions for that product.

The offer is compounded treatment, not an FDA-approved branded pen. The decision should rest on the proposed prescription, access to follow-up care and financial commitment together. A low annual equivalent alone is insufficient reason to prepay.
