Our assessment
EOS Health does two things most sellers in this comparison don't. It names the pharmacies that fill its prescriptions — five of them, with street addresses and telephone numbers — and it prints the amount actually billed beside every per-month rate, so you can see the prepayment behind the cheap headline without doing any arithmetic. Its service-area page names every state and the District of Columbia rather than asserting a count. What it does not publish is a person: the prescribing clinicians work through a company that is named, and no individual is.
The billed amount is printed beside the monthly one
The pricing panel offers three plan lengths on each drug. Pick one and two lines change together: the per-month rate, and a line stating what is charged and how often — monthly on the shortest plan, and as a single sum every three or six months on the others.
That second line is the whole difference between honest plan pricing and a divided headline. Several sellers here print a per-month figure you can only reach by prepaying for months. EOS prints the prepayment.
A saving-per-year line sits beside the longer plans, comparing them to the monthly plan.
Five pharmacies, with addresses
A dedicated page names the clinical partner — a professional company with an office address and a compliance contact — then names five compounding pharmacies with street addresses and telephone numbers. Which one fills a given prescription depends on the medication and where you live.
It also says the list is a sample rather than the whole set. Even so, naming five with addresses is well beyond the US-based licensed pharmacies most of this category offers.
The state list is an actual list
The service-area page names each state one by one, and the District of Columbia. Nobody has to trust a count.
That matters because the same claim is made loosely elsewhere in this category — sometimes describing a pharmacy's licensure rather than the seller's own service, sometimes hedged in the next sentence. Here it is enumerated.
What it doesn't publish
No individual prescribing clinician or medical director is named. The clinical partner is a company, disclosed properly, but you cannot look up the person who will write your prescription.
The only named individual on the site is the founder, and the about page describes him as a health and wellness industry executive rather than a clinician.
Everything sold is compounded, and the terms describe a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel, at a single total price with no separate membership charge.

Good fit if
- Readers who want the amount actually charged printed beside the per-month rate on every plan length.
- Buyers who want the fulfilling pharmacies named, with addresses.
- People who want the service area enumerated rather than asserted.
Look elsewhere if
- Anyone who wants an FDA-approved brand product; everything here is compounded.
- Readers who need a named prescribing clinician or medical director.
- Buyers who dislike a hero that leads with the longest plan's rate.
What stands out about EOS Health
Strengths
- Names five fulfilling pharmacies with their street addresses and telephone numbers, and names the clinical group its providers work through, with an address and a compliance contact
- Prints the amount actually billed on every plan length beside the per-month figure, so the prepayment behind the headline is visible without arithmetic
- Publishes a service-area page that names every state and the District of Columbia rather than asserting a count
- Offers six formulations across two molecules and states that the price does not change with the dose
Trade-offs
- The hero leads with the six-month rate, which is the cheapest of the three plan lengths, rather than the rate a reader pays month to month
- No individual prescribing clinician or medical director is named; the clinical partner is disclosed as a company
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products
- The founder letter is the only named person on the site, and he is described as a health and wellness industry executive rather than a clinician
How this review was verified
- The weight-loss panel is a selector. Each medication, each formulation and each of the three plan lengths was opened and the figures behind it read.
- Every plan prints the per-month rate and the amount actually charged. Each per-month figure is exactly the billed sum divided by the plan's months.
- The pharmacy-partners page names five compounding pharmacies with addresses and phone numbers, plus the clinical partner company.
- The service-area page names all fifty states and the District of Columbia one by one.
- The terms describe a single total subscription price that renews until canceled, with no separate membership fee.

Frequently asked questions
What does the compounded program cost?
Each drug has three plan lengths. The panel prints the per-month rate and, beside it, the amount actually charged and how often — monthly on the shortest plan and as a single prepaid sum on the longer two.
Is there a membership fee?
No separate one. The terms say you see and pay a single total subscription price, and the panel states you are not charged unless a clinician prescribes.
Does it sell FDA-approved medication?
No. Every product in the weight-loss selector is compounded, in six formulations across two molecules.
Which states does it serve?
The service-area page names all fifty states and the District of Columbia individually.
Which pharmacy fills the prescription?
Five are named with addresses and phone numbers, and the page says which one is used depends on the medication and your location.
