A zero that is not a price
The homepage says a reader pays nothing unless a licensed physician approves. That is a real commitment about when a charge happens, and it says nothing about how large the charge is.
A price extractor pointed at this page would harvest that zero. We have not: the rubric records no published price, and the review says why.
Why the screen had to be an exact phrase
A word-by-word query on this company’s name against FDA’s live record returned more than eight hundred rows and was capped at five hundred. A capped list cannot support a claim that something is not in it.
An exact-phrase query returned a single row belonging to a different company, which we read and rejected. That is the only basis on which this row claims no letter was found.
It names its operating company in both its privacy policy and its notice of privacy practices, and says the treating provider must be licensed where the patient is physically located.

- Readers who want a named pharmacy or clinician.
- Buyers who need a service-area list.

How this review was verified
- Re-read the homepage and the privacy policy on 7 September 2026, comparing requested to effective URLs with a nonsense path against the host in the same run, which returned a 404.
- Recorded the zero on the page as a condition rather than a price, and left the published-price column false.
- Ran a word-by-word FDA query, saw it return more than eight hundred rows capped at five hundred, and discarded it as unable to support an absence.
- Re-ran the screen as an exact phrase with both controls green; the single row returned is a different company and was read and rejected.
- Read the operating company in two legal pages and confirmed one consistent form.
