Our assessment

Willow names all five of its partner compounding pharmacies in its terms, with street addresses, and publishes its own operating company and address too. Only three other sellers here name more — Lavender Sky Health names more than a dozen, Joi + Blokes seven and Ondra Health six — and one, Tyde Wellness, matches it at five. Ninety-four of the four hundred and twenty name one at all. You pay for that openness. There is one flat rate per drug with no cheaper multi-month tier, no FDA-approved brand at all, and no list of the states Willow serves.

It names the pharmacies, with addresses

Willow's Terms of Service list five partner compounding pharmacies by name and street address, among them Empower Pharmacy, Absolute Pharmacy and Epiq Scripts LLC.

Most sellers say licensed pharmacies and stop there. A named pharmacy is one you can look up: state board licensure, inspection history, recall notices, the FDA's own enforcement pages. A category gives you nothing.

Willow also publishes its own operating entity, Willow Health Services, Inc., with a Houston address. Knowing both who sells you the plan and who fills the vial is rarer here than it should be.

One rate per drug, and no discount for committing

Willow charges a single monthly figure for compounded semaglutide and a higher single figure for compounded tirzepatide. There is no six-month tier that brings either down.

Its FAQ says the figure covers the medication, the medical evaluation, unlimited doctor access, round-the-clock support and free shipping. Check at checkout what else is billed alongside it, because that is where any extra charge would show up.

The trade-off cuts both ways. Sellers who take three or six months up front do charge less per month, so Willow costs more if you were going to stay. If you might stop after eight weeks, a flat rate with nothing prepaid is the cheaper mistake.

A tablet at the same price as the injection

Willow sells a daily tablet as well as a weekly injection, for both semaglutide and tirzepatide, and prices the tablet at the same monthly figure as the shot.

That is unusual. Where an oral form appears elsewhere it is usually priced as its own product, so choosing a pill over a needle costs you money.

Here the choice is clinical rather than financial. Ask your prescriber which form suits you; the bill doesn't move either way.

Bringing your own pharmacy costs extra

Willow says a platform fee applies if you fill through your own pharmacy, and that you cover the medication yourself in that case.

That matters most if you are insured. If your plan would cover a brand-name GLP-1, your arithmetic stops being Willow's flat rate and becomes a fee plus whatever your plan leaves you.

Get that fee in writing before you assume Willow is the cheap way to use existing coverage. The flat rate is built around Willow's own pharmacy network.

Compounded only, and no state list

Willow sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. There is no Wegovy, no Zepbound, no FDA-approved finished drug of any kind.

If an approved product is what you want, Eden prices both routes on one page and Nurx prescribes brand names exclusively.

The other gap is state availability. Willow publishes no list and says only that prescription product availability varies by state. Against how much else it discloses, that is the odd omission. Confirm your state before you start.
