Our assessment

EverPrime makes more sense as a membership comparison than as a single low drug price. Its member rates exclude a separate subscription, while standard non-member rates are also available. Compare the full medication and membership bill, then confirm the renewal schedule before committing.

Start with the full bill

EverPrime offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide through standard and member plans. The pricing table below records the advertised member medication rates, with the Core membership shown separately. The lowest rate belongs to the longest plan, rather than a one-month purchase.

The standard non-member ladder costs more than the member medication ladder. On the one-month tiers, however, adding Core membership to the member medication rate brings the displayed total back to the standard medication rate. Membership may offer other benefits, but the drug discount alone does not establish a lower total bill.

Delivery is described as every four weeks, but the prices use monthly labels. Shipment timing alone does not establish the billing interval. We have not carried over the older Enhance.MD billing schedule to EverPrime, and we do not treat these figures as a confirmed annual budget.

Membership is an additional decision

Core and Peak are separate subscriptions. The membership page describes Core as cancelable at any time and Peak as requiring a three-month commitment. Medication remains an additional purchase.

The plan comparison also lists treatment visit charges in some tiers, while product pages describe provider care as included. Confirm which visits, lab work and follow-ups your actual order covers. A membership discount has limited value if the final bill includes services you expected to be covered.

Who provides care and fills prescriptions

EverPrime operates under Enhance.MD, LLC according to its own terms. The clinical groups named there are Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC. The platform handles access and administration; the independent licensed providers make clinical decisions.

The terms name Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy and TruMedsRx among pharmacy partners. This identifies possible fulfillment organizations, not the pharmacy assigned to your prescription. Ask for that name before dispensing.

The homepage names Dr. Erik Stark as medical director. That role does not establish that he will be your treating prescriber. Availability varies by treatment and state, with onboarding used to confirm access; a nationwide service guarantee would overstate the published information.

Cancel before the pharmacy starts preparation

The shipping policy asks for at least a day of notice before the next billing date to skip or cancel a shipment. Once pharmacy preparation begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. A provider decision that treatment is unsuitable qualifies for a full refund.

Included priority delivery begins after dispatch. Clinical review and preparation happen first, so a two-day shipping description is not a promise of treatment arriving two days after signup. Membership commitments and shipment cancellation should be checked separately.

A separate review from Enhance.MD

The business relationship does not make the two storefronts interchangeable. This review uses EverPrime product and policy pages read in October, while the Enhance.MD review retains its own source dates and findings. Neither review establishes personal treatment experience.

The GLP-1 offers reviewed here are compounded preparations. They should not be read as branded Wegovy or Zepbound plans, or as proof that the compounded products have the same clinical trial evidence.
