The plan table is complete
Monthly, three-month, six-month and annual, for compounded semaglutide and for compounded tirzepatide, each with the amount actually billed printed beside the per-month figure. The multiplications check out. That is eight published tiers and eight totals, on one page, with no intake.
The lowest figure on each ladder is an annual prepayment and we have stored it as one. The monthly plan is the only figure that is genuinely a monthly charge, and it is roughly double the annual rate on both drugs.
The banner and the table disagree
A site-wide banner advertises a limited-time semaglutide rate against a struck-through higher one. The advertised figure is not one of the four tiers in the plan table. A reader arriving through the banner and a reader arriving through the plans page are being shown different offers.
There is a further trap on this site worth naming: its longevity products are priced on a separate ladder whose annual rate happens to be the same number as the GLP-1 banner figure. The two are different products and the coincidence is easy to misread.
Six companies, none of them this one
Its privacy policy names a telehealth company repeatedly. Its wider legal pages name a platform vendor, a clinical professional association, a professional corporation and two pharmacy companies. None of them is a company called after this brand.
That platform stack is shared with a number of other brands. Naming a vendor tells a reader about the plumbing, not about who is accountable for the shop. No compounding pharmacy is named as this seller's own choice, no individual clinician is named, and no service area is published.
