Our assessment

Idgie Health prints every plan length for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide with the full amount charged the day you order, and says the price stays the same at every dose. It names its prescribing practice and its pharmacy, and charges no membership fee. The catch is the prepaid plans. The lowest figures are six-month terms paid up front, and the refund policy says all sales are final. Start on the month-to-month plan unless you are sure.

Every plan length, priced in full

Each GLP-1 page lists its plans side by side: month-to-month, three months and, for the two standard injections, six months. Every multi-month card prints the amount charged on the day you order and how often it repeats.

On most of these pages the headline is the lowest per-month figure, which belongs to the longest plan, and the plan cards directly under it show what that costs on day one. The tirzepatide microdose page is the odd one out: its headline shows the month-to-month rate.

The pricing page adds that multi-month plans renew at the same price until you cancel, and that the medication still ships monthly.

One price at every dose

Idgie Health says a dose increase does not change what you pay. Its pricing page calls dose changes a clinical decision, not a billing event, and lists a dose surcharge among the fees it does not charge.

The same list covers a membership fee, a consultation fee and a shipping fee. The plan price is described as covering the provider visit, the medication, the syringes and swabs, and messaging with the care team.

That makes the first month a fair guide to the fifth, as long as you stay on the same plan.

Three formats for each drug

Both drugs come as a standard weekly injection and as a microdose program priced on its own page. The site describes microdosing as an off-label approach that starts below the usual dose.

Both also come as a dissolvable tablet combined with ondansetron, an anti-nausea drug. The tablets cost more than the injections, and only the semaglutide tablet appears in the site menu. The tirzepatide tablet page is live but nothing links to it.

Everything sold here is compounded, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. No brand-name Wegovy, Ozempic or Zepbound is sold or priced.

A named practice and a named pharmacy

The provider page names Arora Health & Aesthetics, a medical practice in Seattle, and Dr. Sean Arora with his NPI number. The Terms name the same practice as the source of care.

The pharmacy page names VialsRX, with a street address and phone number in Houston. Product pages describe the pharmacy as a licensed 503A pharmacy.

A name is something you can check with a state board. It is not a verdict on the practice or the pharmacy.

Cancel renewals, not the term

The pricing page says you can pause or cancel future renewals from your account or by calling the care team. For the current term, it points you to the care team about any medication that has not shipped yet.

The refund policy is short. Prescription products cannot be returned, all sales are final, and the only case it names is an error in filling your prescription. It says nothing about the unused months of a prepaid plan.

If you are not sure a drug suits you, the month-to-month plan is the one that is easiest to leave.

Shipping and service area, stated two ways

Product pages promise free shipping within two business days of approval. The separate shipping policy says orders take two to three business days to process and four to twelve to arrive. It also says shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and that the company is not liable for lost or damaged packages.

The state page says services are available in all 50 states, with some medications varying by state. The Terms, last revised in 2022, say some services are available only in certain states, without naming them.

Those Terms also describe a testosterone membership program that the site does not sell. Read them before you commit to a long plan.

Who Idgie Health suits

Good fit if

  • Buyers who want the full charge for each plan length shown before they start.
  • People who expect their dose to rise and want the price to stay put.
  • Readers who want the prescribing practice and the pharmacy named.
  • Anyone who would rather not pay a separate membership fee.

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone who wants a refund path for the unused part of a prepaid plan.
  • Readers who want brand-name Wegovy, Ozempic or Zepbound.
  • Buyers who need a firm delivery window, since the product pages and the shipping policy disagree.
  • People who want the service area confirmed in the Terms, not only on a marketing page.

What stands out about Idgie Health

Strengths

  • Prints every plan length with the full amount charged the day you order, not only a per-month figure
  • States one price at every dose, so the bill does not rise as the dose is titrated up
  • Lists the fees it does not charge, including a membership fee, a consultation fee and a shipping fee
  • Names its prescribing practice and a physician with an NPI number, and names its dispensing pharmacy with a street address
  • Gives a plain way out of renewals: cancel from your account or by calling the care team

Trade-offs

  • Its lowest figures are 6-month plans charged in full on the day you order, and the refund policy says all sales are final
  • Its shipping policy contradicts its product pages: checkout-calculated charges and a 4 to 12 business-day average against free shipping within two business days
  • The pricing page that states one price at every dose, and the oral tirzepatide page, are linked from no menu on the site
  • Some product pages carry copy from other products: the oral semaglutide page labels its buy bar as tirzepatide and lists injection supplies for a tablet
  • Its terms, last revised in 2022, describe a testosterone membership program the site does not sell and say some services are available only in certain states, against the all-50-states claim elsewhere
  • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products

How this review was verified

  • Every page in the seller's sitemap was read as a visitor sees it, in September 2026, and the pricing page's questions were opened one at a time.
  • The plan figures, the amount charged on the day you order and the renewal terms come from each GLP-1 product page and the GLP-1 pricing page.
  • The one-price-at-every-dose statement and the list of fees not charged come from the GLP-1 pricing page.
  • The practice, the physician and the NPI number come from the provider page; the pharmacy name and address come from the pharmacy page.
  • The cancellation answer comes from the pricing page's questions; the refund and shipping terms come from the refund and shipping policy pages.
  • The legal name comes from the site footer, the refund page and the privacy policy.
  • The brand, the legal entity and the practice were checked against FDA's warning-letter database and returned nothing. Untitled letters are published separately and were not searched.
