Our assessment
Science & Co sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at one price for every dose, with no membership fee on top, and it publishes the month-to-month rate beside its longer plans. The catch is where each number sits. The figure a shopper sees first is the twelve-month rate, and nothing on the site says whether that plan is paid up front. The brand-name drugs it lists are not on sale yet.
The headline is the twelve-month rate
Each product page leads with an as-low-as monthly figure. The FAQ further down the same page explains that this is the rate on the twelve-month plan.
The full plan table sits on a separate landing page, with a tab for each drug. It prices a monthly plan, a three-month plan, a six-month plan and a twelve-month plan. The monthly plan costs the most, and each longer term costs a little less per month.
No page says whether the twelve-month plan is charged monthly or paid in one payment. The site also says there is no lock-in, yet it never says what happens to the lower rate if you cancel partway through. Ask both questions before you pick a term.
One price at every dose, and no membership
Science & Co says on every product page that the price does not change as your dose goes up. The FAQ adds that there is no monthly membership and no cancellation fee.
Its Terms describe a single plan price that covers the pharmacy's charge for the drug, the provider's fee and a platform fee. That is a clear account of where the money goes.
The discount language is less clear. The crossed-out comparison price on the product pages differs from the one on the landing page. The plan table's savings are measured against competitor pricing, not against the seller's own monthly plan.
Who prescribes and who fills
No compounding pharmacy is named anywhere on the site. The pages describe a state-licensed US compounding pharmacy and multiple certified pharmacies, but never give a name you could check with a state board.
No individual prescriber is named either. Two different clinical groups are. A landing page credits CareValidate Health and its affiliated professional corporations. The telehealth consent names Blue Stone Physicians Consultants LLC as the affiliated provider group.
The Terms say plainly that Science & Co is not a medical group or a pharmacy. Ask which group will handle your care, because the site names two.
Canceling, refunds and shipping
You can cancel or pause at any time up to 72 hours before your next processing date, by email or in your account. Canceling stops future orders but does not refund one already dispensed.
Prescription medication is final sale once it is charged and handed to the carrier. A lost or damaged package is reshipped. Payment is taken at checkout, before a clinician reviews you, and no page says whether you are refunded if the provider declines to prescribe.
Shipping is free on every order and goes to all fifty states and the District of Columbia. The FAQ has a question about how quickly medication arrives, and its answer gives no timeframe.
Member stories to read with care
The homepage and the product pages print member stories under the same eight names, and three of those names carry different quotes on different pages.
On the homepage, one of those members describes a few weeks on testosterone. The site's testosterone page is marked coming soon.
The Terms say before-and-after visuals may be created or enhanced with computer-generated or AI-assisted techniques, and do not show real patients unless stated. Weigh the stories with that in mind.

What stands out about Science & Co
Strengths
- Publishes a four-term plan table for both compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, with the month-to-month rate printed beside the longer plans
- States on every product page that the price does not change as the dose goes up, and that there is no monthly membership fee on top
- Its Terms say the single plan price includes the pharmacy's drug charge, the provider's fee and the platform fee
- States a plain cancellation rule: any time up to 72 hours before the next processing date, by email or in the account, with no cancellation fee
- Says in its FAQ, Terms and shipping policy that it serves all fifty states and the District of Columbia
- Names its operating company, Science and Co, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with a Miami mailing address
- Checked against FDA's public warning-letter database in September 2026 under its company name, with no letter found
Trade-offs
- The "as low as" figure on each product page is the twelve-month rate; the month-to-month rate is higher, and no page says whether the twelve-month plan is paid up front
- The crossed-out comparison prices differ from page to page, and the plan table measures its savings against competitor pricing rather than its own monthly plan
- Names no compounding pharmacy, and no individual prescriber; a landing page credits one clinical group and the telehealth consent names a different one
- No page says whether you are refunded if the provider declines to prescribe, and prescription orders are final once shipped
- Lists Zepbound, Wegovy and Ozempic with their own pages, but all three are marked coming soon with no price
- The same named member stories carry different quotes on different pages, one describing weeks on testosterone, which the site marks coming soon; its Terms say before-and-after images may be computer-generated
- Its third injection, sold as "Personalized GLP-1 / GIP-1", does not name the molecule it contains
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products
How this review was verified
- Every page in the seller's sitemap was read as a visitor sees it in September 2026.
- The semaglutide and tirzepatide product pages print an as-low-as monthly figure, and their own FAQs tie it to the twelve-month plan.
- The four-term plan table was read on the seller's GLP-1 landing page, with the tab for each drug opened in turn.
- The brand-name pages and the microdose page were each checked for a price; each shows only a coming-soon button.
- Cancellation, final-sale and shipping terms come from the shipping and returns page, the FAQ and the Terms.
- The two clinical groups were read on the GLP-1 landing page and on the telehealth consent.
- No FDA warning letter under the Science and Co name. Untitled letters are published separately and were not searched.
Where Science & Co ranks
Science & Co qualifies for 4 of the 6 boards on this site. A board only ranks the providers that meet its own condition, so a missing board means Science & Co does not publish what that board sorts on.

- Tirzepatide — #139 of 319
- Cheapest Overall — #162 of 396
- Cash Pay vs Insurance — #62 of 80

Frequently asked questions
Is the headline price what I pay each month?
Only on the twelve-month plan. The monthly plan costs more, and the three- and six-month plans sit in between. No page says whether the twelve-month plan is paid up front.
Is there a membership fee on top?
No. The product pages and the FAQ say there is no monthly membership, and the Terms say the plan price covers the drug, the provider and the platform.
Does the price go up as my dose goes up?
No. Every product page says you pay the same on your starting dose and your highest one.
Can I get Wegovy, Ozempic or Zepbound here?
Not yet. Each has a page, but all three are marked coming soon and none has a price.
Which pharmacy fills the prescription?
Not named. The site describes a state-licensed US compounding pharmacy without naming it.
Who writes the prescription?
A provider licensed in your state, with no individual named. A landing page credits CareValidate Health, and the telehealth consent names Blue Stone Physicians Consultants LLC.
What if the provider does not prescribe?
The site does not say. Payment is taken at checkout, the consent says paying does not guarantee a prescription, and no page describes a refund for that case.
Does Science & Co have an FDA warning letter?
No. The company name was checked against the FDA's public database and returned nothing. Untitled letters are published separately and were not searched.
