First month, then every month
Semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide each get the same treatment: a starting-dose figure for month one, then an all-doses figure for the months after it. The page says it twice — once in prose, once in the product cards — and the FAQ says it a third time.
That is the disclosure you need and rarely get. An introductory rate on its own is not a price. It is the first of twelve payments, eleven of which are larger.
A molecule with nothing approved behind it
The third lane is retatrutide. Unlike semaglutide and tirzepatide, it has no FDA-approved finished product of any kind, so there is no approved drug it is a compounded version of. Its ongoing price is a range set by dose, which means the top of your bill isn't published.
On compounding itself the practice is unusually direct. Its own copy says the product contains the same active ingredient as a brand-name medication, in those words, instead of hinting at it.
Named people, unnamed company
A physician and a physician assistant are named on the priced page and again on the about page, each with a biography. That is a real prescriber disclosure, and most sellers don't manage it.
