Two kinds of number on one site
Measured's compounded plans state that the medication is included in the monthly figure. Its brand-name plans state the opposite: the figure is a membership, and the medication is not included.
Both appear in the same layout, in the same typeface, on the same site. The lowest figures on the page belong to brand-name products and are the ones that buy the least.
Measured does say so. The product pages carry the medication-not-included line, and the homepage cards print the range the drug will cost on top. The information is there; the design does not separate the two kinds of claim.
There is also a microdose card with its own starting figure, medication included. That one is a lower-dose program and the site says the provider chooses whether it is semaglutide or tirzepatide, so you are not selecting the drug.
The service area is published, and it is half the country
Measured lists the 26 states it serves in its help center. It is unavailable in the other 24, among them Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maryland and Nevada.
Publishing the list is a genuine disclosure. Most sellers in this comparison publish either nothing or a sentence about availability varying by state, which tells a reader in Nevada exactly as much as silence would.
Read it before you start. Half the country finding out at the end of an intake is the avoidable version of this problem, and Measured is one of the few platforms here that lets you avoid it.
Public coverage is a flat no
Measured states that it cannot accept patients with active Medicaid, Medicare or TRICARE plans.
That is not a hurdle or a prior-authorization problem. It is an exclusion, and it lands on a large share of the people for whom a covered GLP-1 matters most.
Publishing it plainly is better than discovering it at checkout. It still needs to be the first thing you check if you carry any of those three.
It will work your prior authorization
For brand-name GLP-1s, Measured handles insurance prior authorizations as part of the membership. Its medication list names Wegovy, Ozempic, Saxenda, Zepbound and Mounjaro.
That is what the membership fee buys on the brand-name side: someone else arguing with your plan, plus the visits and messaging. The drug is a separate bill.
Zealthy is built around the same idea and is worth reading next to this one. The difference is that Zealthy publishes a figure for what a covered brand-name month costs once coverage lands, and Measured publishes a range for the medication instead.
No pharmacy anywhere in the terms
The word pharmacy does not appear in Measured's terms of service at all. Not a name, not a category, not a description of how dispensing works.
Most sellers in this comparison at least say licensed pharmacies. That is thin, but it is a statement. An absence is not.
Willow names five partner pharmacies with street addresses in its own terms, and Belle Health names more than one. If knowing who compounds your medication is part of the decision, Measured does not currently let you make it.
