Provider review

OnlyRx Review

OnlyRx prices four products on its homepage — a weekly injection and a daily oral tablet for each drug — with the route stated beside each figure, and its promotional band carries the same figure as its product block. Its privacy policy names three different companies and a fourth brand as the operator of the same site.

Four products, four routes, four figures

The homepage price block gives a starting figure for a semaglutide injection, a semaglutide oral dissolving tablet, a tirzepatide injection and a tirzepatide oral dissolving tablet, and labels each one once-weekly or daily.

Twenty-seven of the one hundred and fifty-eight sellers here price an oral route at all. Pricing both routes for both molecules, on a public page with no intake, is at the useful end of that group.

The site-wide promotional band and the product block carry the same figure for the cheapest product, so the two surfaces agree — which is not a given on this roster.

Three companies and a fourth brand

The privacy policy opens by naming a limited liability company doing business under the site's brand. Further down, it defines its first-person pronouns as referring to a completely different brand name, and states that brand is owned by a corporation of the site's name registered in Delaware, at a Georgia address.

So one policy document names a limited liability company, a corporation and an unexplained fourth brand, and applies the pronouns of the document to the brand that appears nowhere else on the site.

All of it is recorded and none of it is resolved. A reader who wants to know which of these three entities takes their money cannot learn it from this page.

Starting figures with nothing behind them

All four figures are starting rates. No dose ladder is published and nothing states what a higher strength costs, which is the standard gap on a four-SKU price block.

Brand-name products are named in the site copy and none carries a figure. Nothing is said about a membership either way, so that position is recorded as unstated.

No pharmacy is named, no individual clinician is named, and no service area is published.

Good fit if

  • Buyers who want an oral and an injectable priced separately for both molecules.
  • Readers who want a price on a public page rather than behind an intake.
  • People who want the route stated beside the figure.

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone who needs to know which of three companies operates the site.
  • Buyers who want to know what a higher dose costs.
  • Readers who need the pharmacy or the prescriber named.
  • People who need a published service area.

How this review was verified

  • Read the homepage and the privacy policy on 6 September 2026, with a nonsense-path control on the host in the same run that returned a clean not-found status.
  • Joined adjacent text nodes before matching prices; the product block splits each label and figure across separate elements.
  • Recorded all three company names and the fourth brand from the single document that carries them, without resolving which is the operator.
  • Checked that the promotional band and the product block carry the same figure, and they do.
  • Screened the operating entity and the brand name against FDA's live warning-letter datatable, carrying a known letter as a positive control and a nonsense string as a negative control in the same pass; the positive control returned its letter and the negative returned nothing. Neither the entity nor the brand returned one. Untitled letters are published separately and were not searched, so the supportable claim is that no warning letter was found.

Where OnlyRx ranks

OnlyRx qualifies for 4 of the 6 boards on this site. A board only ranks the providers that meet its own condition, so a missing board means OnlyRx does not publish what that board sorts on.
