Our assessment

OnlyRx puts four prices on its homepage before you fill in anything: a weekly injection and a daily oral tablet for each drug, with the route printed beside each figure. The promotional band and the product block agree on the cheapest one, which is not a given here. The awkward part is the paperwork. One privacy policy names three different companies and a fourth brand as the operator of this site.

Four products, four routes, four figures

The homepage price block gives a starting figure for a semaglutide injection, a semaglutide oral dissolving tablet, a tirzepatide injection and a tirzepatide oral dissolving tablet, and labels each one once-weekly or daily.

Eighty-two of the four hundred and twenty sellers here price an oral route at all. Pricing both routes for both molecules, in the open with no intake, puts OnlyRx at the useful end of that group.

The site-wide promotional band and the product block carry the same figure for the cheapest product, so the two surfaces agree with each other.

Three companies and a fourth brand

The privacy policy opens by naming a limited liability company doing business under the site's brand. Further down, it defines its own we and us as a completely different brand name, and says that brand is owned by a corporation of the site's name registered in Delaware, at a Georgia address.

So one document names a limited liability company, a corporation and an unexplained fourth brand, and hands the pronouns to the brand that appears nowhere else on the site.

Nothing on the page resolves any of it. If you want to know which of these entities takes your money, this policy won't tell you.

Starting figures with nothing behind them

All four figures are starting rates. There is no dose ladder, and nothing says what a higher strength costs, so the number you see is the cheapest month you will have.

Brand-name products are named in the site copy and none carries a figure. Nothing is said about a membership either way.

No pharmacy is named, no individual clinician is named, and no service area is published.
