Two units, one seller
The semaglutide page gives a figure per month. The tirzepatide page gives a figure per five weeks. Both pages are otherwise identical in shape — a heading, a price, a consultation fee, an inclusion list.
A five-week period is not a unit anything else in this comparison uses. Annualised, it produces a total noticeably below what twelve payments of the same figure would come to, and noticeably different from what a monthly reading would suggest. We have stored the tirzepatide row as a non-monthly figure with the arithmetic written into the qualifier.
The consultation is priced
A separate initial consultation charge appears on both pages, in the same block as the drug price. Pricing the first appointment rather than describing it as free-with-conditions is a small honesty and worth noting.
Each page also lists what the drug figure includes: the medication and all follow-up consultations. That is a real inclusion list on a page of under two thousand characters.
Very little else
These are short pages. There is no dose ladder, no plan term, no cancellation term and no membership position on either. The tirzepatide page also states a brand-name cost, which is the seller's own characterisation and not a figure anyone here has measured.
It names its own operating company on its about page and its privacy policy, which many sellers in this comparison do not. It names no compounding pharmacy, no individual clinician and no service area.

- Stored the tirzepatide row as a non-monthly figure and wrote the annualisation into its qualifier, so no template here can print a per-month suffix beside it.
- Recorded the consultation charge as a fee that does not buy medication, so it cannot be summed into a drug total.
- Read the entity name inside full sentences on two separate pages, and rejected the defined-term matches a pattern returns on the privacy policy.
- Screened the entity and the brand against FDA's live warning-letter datatable with a positive control and a nonsense negative control in the same invocation; both returned zero matches.
