Optimal Health VIP Review

This seller prices one of its two drugs per month and the other per five weeks. That is not a rounding difference: a five-week cycle bills roughly ten and a half times a year, so the two figures on its own site are in different units and cannot be laid side by side, let alone compared with anyone else's. It charges an initial consultation separately, and prints that beside both drug prices.

Two units, one seller

The semaglutide page gives a figure per month. The tirzepatide page gives a figure per five weeks. Both pages are otherwise identical in shape — a heading, a price, a consultation fee, an inclusion list.

A five-week period is not a unit anything else in this comparison uses. Annualised, it produces a total noticeably below what twelve payments of the same figure would come to, and noticeably different from what a monthly reading would suggest. We have stored the tirzepatide row as a non-monthly figure with the arithmetic written into the qualifier.

The consultation is priced

A separate initial consultation charge appears on both pages, in the same block as the drug price. Pricing the first appointment rather than describing it as free-with-conditions is a small honesty and worth noting.

Each page also lists what the drug figure includes: the medication and all follow-up consultations. That is a real inclusion list on a page of under two thousand characters.

Very little else

These are short pages. There is no dose ladder, no plan term, no cancellation term and no membership position on either. The tirzepatide page also states a brand-name cost, which is the seller's own characterisation and not a figure anyone here has measured.

It names its own operating company on its about page and its privacy policy, which many sellers in this comparison do not. It names no compounding pharmacy, no individual clinician and no service area.

Tirzepatide (compounded)$550⛔⛔ "$550 / 5 WEEKS" — the only price row on this roster whose stated billing period is five weeks (Lavender Sky Health dispenses a monthly vial it says is intended to last five weeks, but bills monthly). That is 10.4 periods a year, $5,720, not the $6,600 that twelve monthly payments of $550 would come to, and it is not comparable with the seller's own per-month semaglutide figure eitherSeptember 2026source

Good fit if

  • Readers who want the initial consultation priced rather than described.
  • Buyers who want to see a concrete example of two prices in two different units from one seller.
  • People who want the operating company named on a small site.

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone comparing tirzepatide prices, since this one is per five weeks and nothing else in this comparison is.
  • Readers who want a dose ladder, a plan term or cancellation terms.
  • Buyers who need a named pharmacy, a named clinician or a service-area list.

How this review was verified

  • Re-read both priced drug pages, the about page and the privacy policy on 7 September 2026, comparing requested to effective URLs — a www normalisation on each — and running a nonsense path against the host in the same run, which returned a 404.
  • Stored the tirzepatide row as a non-monthly figure and wrote the annualisation into its qualifier, so no template here can print a per-month suffix beside it.
  • Recorded the consultation charge as a fee that does not buy medication, so it cannot be summed into a drug total.
  • Read the entity name inside full sentences on two separate pages, and rejected the defined-term matches a pattern returns on the privacy policy.
  • Screened the entity and the brand against FDA's live warning-letter datatable with a positive control and a nonsense negative control in the same invocation; both returned zero matches.

Frequently asked questions

Are the two prices comparable?

No, not even with each other. Semaglutide is priced per month and tirzepatide per five weeks, which is a different number of billings in a year.

Is there a consultation fee?

Yes, an initial consultation charged separately, printed beside both drug prices.

What does the drug price include?

The medication and all follow-up consultations, as listed on each page.

Is the brand-name cost on its page reliable?

It is the seller's own characterisation with no source. Nothing recorded here derives from it.

Does it have an FDA warning letter?

No letter was found. The entity and the brand were screened against FDA's live record on 7 September 2026 with both controls green and both returned zero matches. Untitled letters are published separately and were not searched.
