PreventiveMD Review

PreventiveMD answers the fee question by listing the fees it does not charge — membership, consultation and cancellation — and states that its pricing depends on plan length and never on the dose. Both figures are described by the seller as all-in. What it does not do is price any of those plan lengths, so the two published numbers are floors on terms the pages never name.

All-in, and it says what that means

Each protocol page carries a single as-low-as figure followed by the words per month, all-in. The frequently-asked-questions block then lists what the figure covers — the medication, supplies, shipping and ongoing support — and states there are no membership, consultation, or cancellation fees.

Naming three specific fees is materially better than a no-hidden-fees line. Fifty-five of the one hundred and fifty-eight sellers here state that no membership fee applies, and sixty-four say nothing at all.

The price depends on the term, and the terms are not priced

The same FAQ block states that every dose is the same price and that pricing is based on plan length rather than on the dose. Both halves of that are useful: a flat dose commitment is the thing that protects a buyer through titration, and naming plan length as the variable tells a reader where to look.

Then the pages do not price the plan lengths. Longer plans are said to come at better rates and no rate is given for any of them, so the two published figures are the bottom of an unstated ladder.

That is the difference between this seller and the ones we rate higher on the same axis: printing the term beside the figure costs nothing and turns a floor into a price.

Who is behind it

The operating company is named in the consumer-health-data privacy policy, and a separate clinical services company is named in the Terms. Naming both is a stronger identity disclosure than a single footer line.

No compounding pharmacy is named. One hundred and twenty-six of the one hundred and fifty-eight sellers here name none. No individual clinician is named, and no service area is published; eighty-two of the one hundred and fifty-eight publish none. No brand-name route is offered.

Good fit if

  • Readers who want the fees a seller does not charge listed by name.
  • Buyers who want a written statement that the dose does not change the price.
  • People who want the platform company and the clinical company named separately.

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone who needs to know what a given commitment costs. The seller says plan length sets the price and prices no plan length.
  • Readers who want the compounding pharmacy or a clinician named.
  • Buyers who need a service-area list, or a brand-name route.

How this review was verified

  • Re-read both protocol pages on 6 September 2026, comparing the requested path to the effective path on each and running a nonsense path against the host in the same run.
  • Recorded the all-in wording as the seller's own and marked both rows as covering the medication on that basis rather than inferring it.
  • Read the no-fees statement from the sentence that names membership, consultation and cancellation individually.
  • Recorded both figures as as-low-as rates and noted here that the plan lengths that produce them are unpriced.
  • Screened the operating entity, the clinical services company and the brand name against FDA's live warning-letter record with a known letter as a positive control and a nonsense string as a negative control in the same pass. None returned a letter. Untitled letters are published separately and were not searched.

PreventiveMD qualifies for 3 of the 6 boards on this site. A board only ranks the providers that meet its own condition, so a missing board means PreventiveMD does not publish what that board sorts on.

Frequently asked questions

What does all-in cover?

The seller's own FAQ lists the medication, supplies, shipping and ongoing support, and states there are no membership, consultation, or cancellation fees.

Does the price change with my dose?

What does a given plan length cost?

Not published. Longer plans are said to come at better rates and no rate is given for any term, so both published figures are floors.

Who operates it?

A platform company named in the consumer-health-data privacy policy and a separate clinical services company named in the Terms.

Does it serve my state?

Not stated.
