Our assessment

PreventiveMD is unusually specific about what it doesn't charge. It names three fees it doesn't bill — membership, consultation and cancellation — and says its price turns on how long a plan you take, never on your dose. It calls both published figures all-in. The gap is that it prices none of those plan lengths, so the two numbers you can see are floors on terms the pages never name.

All-in, and it says what that means

Each protocol page carries a single as-low-as figure followed by the words per month, all-in. The frequently-asked-questions block then lists what the figure covers — the medication, supplies, shipping and ongoing support — and states there are no membership, consultation, or cancellation fees.

Naming three specific fees beats a no-hidden-fees line. One hundred and twenty-nine of the four hundred and twenty sellers here state that no membership fee applies, and one hundred and seventy-eight say nothing at all.

The price depends on the term, and the terms have no prices

The same FAQ block says every dose costs the same, and that pricing is based on plan length rather than on the dose. Both halves matter to you: a flat price through titration is what protects your budget as the dose climbs, and naming plan length as the variable tells you where to look next.

Then the pages don't price the plan lengths. Longer plans are said to come at better rates, and no rate is given for any of them. So the two published figures are the bottom of a ladder you can't see.

Printing the term beside the figure would cost PreventiveMD nothing and would turn a floor into a price.

Who is behind it

The operating company is named in the consumer-health-data privacy policy, and a separate clinical services company is named in the Terms. Naming both is a stronger identity disclosure than a single footer line.

No compounding pharmacy is named. Three hundred and twenty-six of the four hundred and twenty sellers here name none. No individual clinician is named, and no service area is published; two hundred and eighty-six of the four hundred and twenty publish none. No brand-name route is offered.
