Ready Med Review

Ready Med sells compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and an oral semaglutide preparation, and it is the clearest example on this roster of a seller whose own pages disagree with each other about what it charges. The tirzepatide page prints three different monthly figures for one programme; the oral page prints two. Its semaglutide lane, by contrast, states a first-month rate and an ongoing rate in the same sentence, which is exactly what a reader needs. It also publishes no legal entity, and gives a free webmail address as its business contact.

$199/mothe ongoing rate in the phrase "$99 FIRST month and then $199 EVERY month", printed five times on the page; the membership includes a shipment every 60 or 90 days rather than every monthVerified September 2026source

Three prices, one programme

The tirzepatide page opens with one monthly figure in its three-step explainer, uses a higher one in its subscription block, repeats the lower one under a heading about further options, and closes with the higher one again. The oral semaglutide page does the same thing with two figures. Whichever a reader takes, the same page prints another.

This is not a promotional strike-through, where an old price and a new price sit together and the relationship is obvious. These are unmarked, unexplained, and in different parts of the same document. We have recorded the higher figure on each page as the price and written the others into the qualifier, because there is no basis on the page for choosing one.

The semaglutide lane does it right

On the semaglutide page a single sentence gives the first month and every month after it, and that sentence is repeated five times across the page. It also names what a dose increase costs, as a figure, and says that the higher dose changes the shipment interval.

That is a better disclosure than most sellers here manage, and it makes the contradictions on the other two pages harder to read as anything but inattention.

Billed monthly, shipped every two or three months

The membership is charged every month and, in the seller's own words, includes a shipment every sixty or ninety days depending on the plan. Those are two different clocks, and a reader who assumes one delivery per payment will be wrong.

The company behind all this is not named anywhere we could find. The footer gives a trading name with no corporate form after it, the privacy policy heads itself with a business name and a telephone number, and the published business email is a free webmail address. Its providers page lists two people by a single word each plus a credential — one of which is a licence class that cannot prescribe.

Good fit if

  • Readers who want a first-month and an ongoing figure stated together, which the semaglutide lane does.
  • Buyers who want to know in advance what a dose increase adds to the bill.
  • People who prefer a shipment every two or three months to a monthly parcel.
  • Anyone who wants to see, concretely, why a single scraped price from a seller's page cannot be trusted.

Look elsewhere if

  • Readers who need one authoritative price for tirzepatide or for the oral lane; neither page provides one.
  • Anyone who wants to know which company they are contracting with.
  • Buyers who expect a business contact route that is not a free webmail account.
  • People who want a named prescribing clinician they can look up.

How this review was verified

  • Re-read all three priced drug pages, the providers page and the privacy policy on 7 September 2026, comparing requested to effective URLs and running a nonsense path against the host in the same run, which returned a 404.
  • Counted every distinct dollar figure on each priced page in context rather than taking the first match, which is how the contradictions were established rather than assumed.
  • Ran a widened corporate-suffix pattern — one that includes Co., Company, Ltd, LLP, PLLC, PC, PA, Corp and Incorporated — across the cached bodies, and confirmed the pattern first on a page known to name a company. It returned nothing here.
  • Read the shipment-interval sentence in full rather than inferring a monthly fill from a monthly charge.
  • Screened the brand against FDA's live warning-letter datatable with a positive and a negative control in the same invocation; the result set contained many word matches, each of which was read, and one is this seller. The letter was re-fetched and its title checked against the reference number and date.

Frequently asked questions

What does tirzepatide actually cost here?

The page does not settle it. It prints one figure in its explainer, a higher one in its subscription block, the lower one again further down, and the higher one at the end.

What does semaglutide cost?

A first month at one rate and every month after it at a higher one, stated together in a sentence repeated five times on the page.

How often does medication arrive?

Every sixty or ninety days, depending on the plan, while the membership is billed every month.

Who runs it?

No corporate entity is published. The footer gives a trading name with no corporate form, and the published business contact is a free webmail address.

Is there an FDA warning letter?

Yes, issued in June 2026, concerning false and misleading claims about compounded medication. It is disclosed and does not move this seller's position here.
