Three prices, one programme
The tirzepatide page opens with one monthly figure in its three-step explainer, uses a higher one in its subscription block, repeats the lower one under a heading about further options, and closes with the higher one again. The oral semaglutide page does the same thing with two figures. Whichever a reader takes, the same page prints another.
This is not a promotional strike-through, where an old price and a new price sit together and the relationship is obvious. These are unmarked, unexplained, and in different parts of the same document. We have recorded the higher figure on each page as the price and written the others into the qualifier, because there is no basis on the page for choosing one.
The semaglutide lane does it right
On the semaglutide page a single sentence gives the first month and every month after it, and that sentence is repeated five times across the page. It also names what a dose increase costs, as a figure, and says that the higher dose changes the shipment interval.
That is a better disclosure than most sellers here manage, and it makes the contradictions on the other two pages harder to read as anything but inattention.
Billed monthly, shipped every two or three months
The membership is charged every month and, in the seller's own words, includes a shipment every sixty or ninety days depending on the plan. Those are two different clocks, and a reader who assumes one delivery per payment will be wrong.
The company behind all this is not named anywhere we could find. The footer gives a trading name with no corporate form after it, the privacy policy heads itself with a business name and a telephone number, and the published business email is a free webmail address. Its providers page lists two people by a single word each plus a credential — one of which is a licence class that cannot prescribe.

- Re-read all three priced drug pages, the providers page and the privacy policy on 7 September 2026, comparing requested to effective URLs and running a nonsense path against the host in the same run, which returned a 404.
- Counted every distinct dollar figure on each priced page in context rather than taking the first match, which is how the contradictions were established rather than assumed.
- Ran a widened corporate-suffix pattern — one that includes Co., Company, Ltd, LLP, PLLC, PC, PA, Corp and Incorporated — across the cached bodies, and confirmed the pattern first on a page known to name a company. It returned nothing here.
- Read the shipment-interval sentence in full rather than inferring a monthly fill from a monthly charge.
- Screened the brand against FDA's live warning-letter datatable with a positive and a negative control in the same invocation; the result set contained many word matches, each of which was read, and one is this seller. The letter was re-fetched and its title checked against the reference number and date.
