Our assessment

VivioMD publishes prices for a daily dissolvable tablet, two weekly injection options and branded Ozempic. The compounded product tiles do not identify their exact active ingredients, and starting-price labels need clarification alongside the flat-dose pricing promise. The reviewed FAQ also contained an unapplied copy edit. Confirm the formulation, pharmacy and final charge before enrolling.

A tablet, two injections and a branded line, all priced in public

The homepage carries four product tiles, each with a figure and a stock label: a dissolvable tablet taken once a day, a weekly injection, a weekly dual-incretin injection, and branded Ozempic. Nothing is gated behind a quiz.

The daily tablet and weekly injection have the same listed starting price. Their labels alone do not establish equivalent ingredients, dosing or effectiveness; ask the prescriber about the exact formulations.

The branded line sits on the same screen as the compounded ones, so you can see the gap between the two channels without doing any work.

The tiles don't name the drug

Three of the four tiles say only GLP-1, or GLP-1 plus GIP. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are named on the policy pages, and four approved brand names appear in a trademark disclaimer, but none of that is attached to a price.

Ask which active ingredient and formulation each price covers. A dual-incretin label alone is insufficient to identify the drug you would receive.

The branded tile is the exception. It names Ozempic, and a brand name tells you its molecule.

An edit that was published instead of applied

One FAQ answer on the live homepage reads as the original sentence, a closing quotation mark, the words Replace with, and then the replacement sentence. Both versions are sitting there for anyone to read.

The edit itself is small and telling. It removes a claim that the dispensing pharmacy is FDA-regulated. VivioMD received an FDA warning letter in June 2026 over false and misleading claims and misbranding.

What matters for you is simpler: this is a live, visible defect on the page you would read before paying.

Flat, or starting at

A list of reasons to choose the service includes flat pricing that never goes up as the dose increases. Every figure below it is labeled as a starting point.

Those are two different promises about the same numbers, and VivioMD makes both. Treat the figures as floors until it says otherwise in writing.

No membership statement appears anywhere. The site says there are no long-term commitments, no cancellation fees and no hidden fees, none of which tells you whether a membership exists.
