Our assessment
BloomWell Rx does the hardest disclosure in this comparison without being asked. It names its compounding pharmacy in full — company name, website, email address and street address — and it names the physician network its prescribers work through. Very little else here does either. The pricing is thinner: four of its six priced lanes buy a consultation rather than a drug, and BloomWell cannot decide how many states it serves.
The pharmacy is named, in full
The FAQ answer to “Which pharmacies do you use?” gives a company name, a website, an email address and a street address, and adds that BloomWell encourages the use of accredited facilities. The answer to “Which provider network do you use?” names the physician-led virtual care platform behind its clinicians and links to it.
The product pages are vaguer. They describe medication as compounded and dispensed by a licensed third-party pharmacy, and note that BloomWell is neither a pharmacy nor a manufacturer. So the general phrasing sits on the page you read first and the actual name is two clicks away in the FAQ. It is still there, which is more than most.
Two lanes sell a drug, four sell a consultation
The compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide lanes carry a monthly starting figure and a footnote saying which molecule each contains. Those are medication prices.
The four brand-name lanes are not. Each carries a monthly figure with an asterisk explaining that it covers the provider consultation and follow-ups only. The medication is charged on top once the consult is approved, and shipped through the manufacturer channel named on each page.
What that medication costs is never published. On four of the six lanes, the figure you see is not the bill you will pay.
A selector that changes nothing
Above the compounded price sits a selector offering one month or three months. Click either and the figure does not move. Nothing on the page states a three-month total or a discount.
So if you want to know what a three-month commitment costs, the control built to tell you tells you nothing. The only published number is the monthly starting figure.
Nationwide, or several states
The FAQ says the service is offered nationwide and that patients unsure about their area should contact support. The About Us section, on the same FAQ page, says the company serves patients across multiple states.
Those are not the same claim, and no list appears anywhere on the site. Confirm your own state with support before you start an intake.
No individual clinician is named either. The disclosure stops at the network company.

Good fit if
- Readers who will not buy without knowing which pharmacy compounds the medication.
- Buyers who want a compounded route and a brand-name route on the same site with the same intake.
- People who want the molecule inside a personalized product stated on the product page.
Look elsewhere if
- Anyone who needs to know what the brand-name medication itself costs, because only the consultation fee is published.
- Buyers who need to know whether their state is served.
- Readers who want a named prescribing clinician rather than a named network.
What stands out about BloomWell Rx
Strengths
- Names its compounding pharmacy in full — company, website, email and street address
- Names the physician network its prescribers work through rather than describing it in general terms
- Marks its compounded lanes with the molecule they contain, so the semaglutide and tirzepatide products are identifiable without an intake
- States on every brand page that the published figure is the consultation only and the medication is billed separately
Trade-offs
- The FAQ says service is nationwide while the About Us page on the same site says it serves patients across multiple states, and no list of states appears anywhere
- Four of the six priced lanes buy a consultation rather than a drug, and the medication cost behind them is never published
- No individual prescribing clinician or medical director is named
- A one-month / three-month selector sits above the compounded price and changes nothing, so a reader cannot tell what a three-month commitment would actually cost
How this review was verified
- The homepage, both compounded product pages, the branded overview, two brand product pages, the FAQ and the About Us page read.
- Both options in the plan selector on the compounded semaglutide page display the same figure.
- Each brand-name price carries an asterisked note saying it covers the consultation and follow-ups, not the medication.
- The FAQ names the pharmacy and the provider network, with an address and contact details published alongside.
- The FAQ says nationwide and the About Us paragraph on the same page says multiple states. No list appears anywhere.
