Ivologist Review

A San Antonio clinic that grew into a telehealth metabolic service. It publishes four separate GLP-1 figures across two molecules and two tiers, names its clinical leadership, and says a membership is not required to buy any of them.

Our assessment

Ivologist publishes four separate GLP-1 prices on one page: two molecules, each at a starter tier and a standing tier. It names three people in clinical leadership with their credentials, and says in so many words that no membership is required. What it never publishes is where it operates.

Four figures where most publish one

The microdosing page prices semaglutide and tirzepatide separately, and prices each of them twice: once as a starter program, once as ongoing maintenance.

That is a ladder you can walk. Most sellers here print one entry figure and leave everything after it to a consultation, which is exactly where a price comparison stops working.

The maintenance listings also say what the price covers — the consultation, the medication and the shipping — and state the billing block in the same sentence as the number.

The starter figures are weekly, and that matters

Both starter programs are priced by the week and billed quarterly. They are not monthly figures.

Turning one into a monthly figure would print a number Ivologist has never published, and that is not a rate anyone would honor.

The practical effect is that the starter and maintenance figures on this page are not directly comparable to each other without arithmetic the site never does for you.

Named people, unnamed pharmacy, no map

The about page carries a clinical leadership block naming three people with credentials, including a physician who is also the chief executive and co-founder. Those are names you can look up in a public register.

It is not quite a prescriber disclosure. Nobody is named as the person who would prescribe on the GLP-1 program, and there is no designated medical director.

The pharmacy is described by facility class on a trust bar and never named. The service area is published nowhere: the GLP-1 page says only that eligibility varies by state.

Two dedicated molecule pages exist in the site's own sitemap and render no price at all, so all four figures live on one page and nowhere else.

The membership that is not required

Both maintenance listings state that no membership is required. That is an answer, not a silence, and it is worth more than a reassurance about hidden fees.

A separate wellness membership is sold on the functional-health side of the site as a coaching product. No GLP-1 listing is conditioned on it, and it is priced openly on its own page.

Who Ivologist suits

Good fit if

  • Readers comparing a low-dose start against a standing rate on the same molecule.
  • Buyers who want both semaglutide and tirzepatide priced by the same seller.
  • People who want the billing term printed beside the price.
  • Anyone who wants to look up a named clinician before buying.

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone who needs to confirm their state is served before starting.
  • Readers who want a named compounding pharmacy.
  • Buyers who want the prescribing clinician named for the program itself.
  • People who want a monthly figure for the starter tier, which is priced weekly.

What stands out about Ivologist

Strengths

  • Publishes starter and maintenance prices for both semaglutide and tirzepatide on the same page.
  • States the billing term in the same sentence as the price, so the three-month block is not a surprise on the second charge
  • Says in so many words that no membership is required, and prices its unrelated coaching membership openly on a different page
  • Names three people in clinical leadership with their credentials, including a physician, rather than stopping at licensed providers
  • Says what the maintenance price includes: the consultation, the medication and the shipping
  • Displays a LegitScript certification mark and describes its pharmacy sourcing by facility class

Trade-offs

  • The starter figures are weekly and billed quarterly, so they are not comparable to a monthly rate without doing arithmetic the site never does
  • No state list and no state count. The GLP-1 page says only that eligibility varies by state
  • No compounding pharmacy is named. The site names a class of pharmacy on a trust bar and leaves it there
  • The named clinician is the chief executive and co-founder rather than a designated medical director, and no prescriber is named for the GLP-1 program itself
  • Two dedicated molecule pages exist in the sitemap and render no price at all, so the four figures live on one page and nowhere else
  • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products

How this review was verified

  • The homepage, the about page, the weight-loss page, the holistic weight-loss page and the wellness membership page read, alongside the site's own sitemap.
  • Both starter figures are stated per week and billed quarterly. Neither is a monthly rate.
  • No state claim appears in the served homepage, and the GLP-1 page says only that eligibility varies by state.
  • The two dedicated molecule pages named in the sitemap render no price at all.

Where Ivologist ranks

Ivologist qualifies for 3 of the 6 boards on this site. A board only ranks the providers that meet its own condition, so a missing board means Ivologist does not publish what that board sorts on.
