Mochi carries some of the lowest medication figures in this comparison and the widest catalog, including an oral semaglutide pill and a brand-name option at a cash rate well below the usual. Read the small print on those figures: each one is a lowest-dose starting price with a separate membership billed on top, so the advertised number is the floor of a two-part cost. Mochi also doesn't name its pharmacy and publishes no list of served states.

Priced by dose, which is rarer than it sounds

Most sellers in this comparison charge one flat rate whatever the dose. Mochi does the opposite: it prices by dose, then advertises the lowest one.

Mochi is unusually direct about this. Its pricing page says outright that the figure varies with the dose a provider prescribes. That is a real disclosure, and it is printed rather than buried.

It also means the advertised figure describes a starting point, not a plan. Most patients titrate upward, and the price follows them up. Ask what your expected dose costs before you treat the entry figure as your rate.

The membership underneath every number

Mochi's medication prices exclude the membership, and the membership is where the care sits. It runs at a standard monthly rate after a discounted first month, and Mochi notes that the promotional rate is not available everywhere.

So a Mochi month is a dose-dependent medication charge plus a fixed membership charge. Set Mochi's headline against a flat all-in seller and you are comparing two different things.

Shipping is included in the medication prices, which removes one variable other sellers leave open. The membership terms are published in the same block as the rate.

The widest catalog on this board

Mochi lists more distinct weight-management products than anyone else in this comparison. Alongside the two injectables there is an oral semaglutide pill, priced close to the injection.

That pill is why Mochi appears on the oral board. A daily tablet suits anyone who won't take a weekly injection, and very few sellers here publish a price for one.

Mochi also lists a brand-name tirzepatide product at a cash figure far below what brand-name medication usually costs through a telehealth platform. Ask at intake what that figure covers and who qualifies for it.

One catalog entry is a compounded oral form of orforglipron. There is no approved finished product behind that compound, which makes it a different kind of purchase from the others on the list. Ask Mochi what it is before assuming it is a cheaper version of the same thing.

Where the disclosure runs out

Mochi doesn't name the pharmacy that fills an order. Its own FAQ says pricing varies by pharmacy, which tells you more than one is involved without telling you which.

That is an awkward combination. Price is presented as dose-dependent and pharmacy-dependent, and the pharmacy half is not something you can inspect.

Mochi's weight-loss, pricing and FAQ pages carry no list of the states it serves. The only state-specific line beside the price says promotional pricing doesn't apply in every state. Confirm your own state directly.

How to read Mochi against the rest of this board

Mochi will sit at or near the top of a price-sorted table, and that position rests on a lowest-dose, medication-only figure. Both qualifiers matter.

The honest comparison takes three steps. Find the price at the dose you expect to reach, add the standard membership rate, then set that total against a flat all-in seller.

Done that way, Mochi is still competitive, and for anyone who stays on a low dose it can be one of the cheapest options here by a wide margin. Done the lazy way, it looks cheaper than it is.
