Our assessment

Ivím publishes an all-in starting figure that already contains its program fee, which is rarer than it should be. It also breaks the same cost into a membership half and a medication half on a separate page, and the two presentations agree. Both figures are starting prices tied to a treatment plan, and Ivím names neither its pharmacy nor its served states.

The advertised number already has the fee inside it

Ivím's weight-loss page prices semaglutide and tirzepatide with a line stating that medication and the program fee are both included.

That is the opposite of the pattern running through most of this market, where a low medication figure is advertised and a membership is billed underneath it. Ivím's number is closer to a bill.

It also makes Ivím look more expensive on a price-sorted table than sellers quoting medication only. That is about what each figure covers, not about what a year actually costs. Add a rival's membership to its headline before you decide Ivím is dearer.

Two pages, two shapes, one cost

Ivím's membership page presents the same cost differently: a monthly care membership and, separately, a starting medication charge.

Read on its own, that page understates what you pay. See only the membership figure and you have seen half the cost.

The two presentations do reconcile. The membership half plus the medication half lands where the all-in figure sits. That is not something to take for granted here — at least one large platform in this comparison has pricing pages that flatly contradict each other.

The all-in figure is the one that describes a month, so it is the one to compare with.

Starting at, and what that means here

Both Ivím figures are starting prices. The site says plainly that medication cost varies with an individual treatment plan, and that pricing is subject to change.

That is honest and it is also a limit. Your number is set during intake, so the published figure is a floor rather than a quote.

The gap between Ivím's semaglutide and tirzepatide figures is wide, which is the usual pattern. If you expect to switch compounds, price both before starting.

What Ivím discloses about itself

Ivím's terms name the operating company and publish its address. That is straightforward, and more than a couple of sellers in this comparison manage.

The pharmacy behind a prescription is not named. Ivím describes its care model in detail and its supply chain not at all, which is the standard shape of disclosure in this category.

No list of served states appears on the weight-loss or membership pages. Confirm your own state directly.

What the membership is actually buying

Ivím puts provider access, dose-management support and coaching inside the membership rather than selling them separately.

Ask how quickly a clinician responds between visits and how follow-up is arranged. Access to support does not mean the medication dose should change every week; your prescriber determines the appropriate schedule.

Whether that earns the fee depends on how much support you want. If you plan to titrate slowly and message rarely, you are paying for capacity you may not use.
