Our assessment

LevelUp Rx publishes a three-rung plan ladder on each molecule and prints every rung as a plan total rather than a per-month rate nobody is billed. It names two pharmacies with street addresses and two physicians with license numbers. Then the banner on that same page advertises a starting price that is the higher of its own two one-month rates, and its cost FAQ answers the price question with no figure at all.

Six figures, none of them divided

The product page has a medication selector and a plan selector. Pick a molecule, then each plan length, and you get six figures in all: a one-month rate and two multi-month totals per drug.

The multi-month rungs are printed as totals with the plan length attached, and the page never divides them into a monthly rate. That is the right way round, and rarer than it should be.

The starting price is not the starting price

Just below the selector, a banner advertises doctor-led plans starting at a figure. That figure is the one-month rate for the more expensive of the two molecules. The cheaper molecule's one-month rate is lower, and it sits in the selector directly above the banner.

So the page contradicts itself inside a single screen. Trust the plan selector, not the banner.

Named pharmacies, named physicians

The FAQ names two pharmacies, each with a street address, a telephone number and opening hours. It names two prescribing physicians and gives a state license number for each of the four states where they are assigned.

A pharmacy you can telephone next to a prescriber you can look up is the strongest disclosure pairing available, and LevelUp Rx makes it.

The FAQ that won't name a price

Asked how much it costs, the FAQ replies that medication can be acquired at significantly reduced prices, often more cost-effective than a neighborhood pharmacy. No figure appears in the answer. The product page two clicks away prints six.

The about page is also word for word identical to the about page of a different seller running on the same platform, and no list of states served appears anywhere.

Who LevelUp Rx suits

Good fit if

  • Readers who want plan totals rather than monthly rates worked back from them.
  • Buyers who want the pharmacy contactable and the prescriber checkable.
  • People who want it in writing that the rate doesn't move with the dose.

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone who trusts a starting-at banner, since this one quotes the more expensive molecule.
  • Readers who need to know whether their state is served.
  • Buyers who want an FDA-approved product, because there is no brand lane here.

What stands out about LevelUp Rx

Strengths

  • Publishes a three-rung plan ladder on both molecules with the total for each rung, and does not divide any of them into a monthly rate nobody is billed
  • Names two pharmacies with street addresses, telephone numbers and opening hours
  • Names two prescribing physicians and gives a state license number for each of the four states where they are assigned
  • States that the rate does not change with the dose, and lists what the plan figure covers item by item
  • Says in its own footer that it is a marketplace platform, does not dispense medication, and that payment does not guarantee a prescription

Trade-offs

  • The banner on the product page reads "Doctor-Led Weight Loss Plans Starting at $249.97/Month" while the selector immediately above it offers a cheaper one-month rate on the other molecule — so its "starting at" is not its starting price
  • Its cost FAQ refuses to answer at all: "you can acquire it via the LevelUp Rx platform at significantly reduced prices ... often even more cost-effective than your neighborhood pharmacy" — no figure, on a site that prints six
  • Publishes no list of states served; the answer is "the United States only" with restrictions to be confirmed at intake
  • Its about page is word-for-word identical to the about page of a different seller on the same platform
  • Sells no FDA-approved product, so there is no brand lane on this record
  • No FDA warning-letter screen was run for this seller

How this review was verified

  • The product page read, with each medication option selected in turn so both plan ladders were read in full.
  • Each multi-month figure is the plan total the page prints, with the plan length beside it. Nothing was divided.
  • The banner's starting-at figure matches the one-month rate of the more expensive molecule, not the cheaper one in the selector above it.
  • The pharmacy addresses and the prescriber license numbers are transcribed as printed in the FAQ.
  • The about page is word for word identical to that of another seller on the same platform.
