Our assessment
The figure in TeleZen MD's headline is the twelve-month prepayment, and two of the three places it appears don't say so. Look past the hero and the page is good. Four plan lengths for each of two compounded molecules, the per-month figure and the prepaid total on the same card, and four physicians named right beside the prices.
Four terms per drug, with the total beside each rate
Each drug gets a monthly plan, a quarterly plan, a semi-annual plan and an annual plan. Every one prints a per-month figure and, right beside it, the amount actually charged and how often.
That pairing is the whole point. A per-month figure worked out from a year's prepayment is not the same number as a month-to-month rate, and a card showing both makes the difference visible instead of leaving you to do the arithmetic.
The FAQ on the same page adds that all doses cost the same. Titrating up doesn't raise the bill on either molecule, and TeleZen MD says so outright rather than implying it with a starting figure.
Every plan itemizes what it includes: the physician consultation, the provider monitoring, the compounded medication and expedited shipping.
The advertised figure is the year
The priced page leads with a per-month figure three times: in the hero, in a repeat hero and in the closing call to action. That figure is the twelve-month prepayment. Two of those three times, no term appears beside it.
The month-to-month rate is materially higher and appears only inside the plan card, further down the page. Take the hero at face value and you carry the wrong number into every comparison you make.
Nothing is hidden here. The plan card publishes everything. But the first thing you see advertises the deepest commitment as though it were the standing rate.
Named physicians on the priced page itself
Four physicians are named on the same page that carries the prices, each with a credential and either a board certification or a training institution. One carries two named board certifications.
Naming clinicians at all is uncommon; naming them on the priced page rather than in a buried bio is rarer still. You can check these names against a public register before you decide anything.
The pharmacies are not named. They are described as United States, state-regulated 503A and 503B compounding facilities, which is a class rather than an answer.
No brand-name product is sold. None of the brand names appears on the homepage, the priced GLP-1 page, the FAQ or the about page, so compounded is the only route priced here.

Good fit if
- Buyers willing to prepay a longer term who want the per-month figure and the prepaid total shown together.
- Readers who want a named physician on the same page as the price.
- People who want the same price at every dose, stated in the seller's own words.
- Anyone who wants the coverage and membership questions answered directly rather than by badge.
Look elsewhere if
- Readers who want the advertised figure to be the month-to-month rate, since it is the twelve-month prepayment.
- Buyers who want a named compounding pharmacy.
- Anyone looking for a brand-name product, which this seller doesn't offer.
- People who weigh a seller's published social proof, since its member-count and review claims carry no date, source or sample size.
What stands out about TeleZen MD
Strengths
- Publishes four plan lengths for each drug with the per-month figure and the prepaid total printed side by side, so the commitment behind every rate is visible
- Names four physicians on the same page that carries the prices, each with a credential and a board certification or training institution
- Answers the coverage question directly, stating in words that it serves all fifty states, and repeats it on the homepage
- States there are no membership fees, no contracts and no cancellation conditions, in three separate places
- Lists what every plan includes item by item, naming the consultation, the monitoring, the medication and the shipping
Trade-offs
- The figure the priced page leads with three times, including in its closing call to action, is the twelve-month prepaid rate; the month-to-month rate is materially higher and appears only inside the plan card
- Names no compounding pharmacy, describing them only as United States 503A and 503B facilities
- Sells no brand-name product, so the compounded route is the only one priced
- Its member-count and review-percentage claims are printed with no date, no source and no sample size
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products
How this review was verified
- The page labels the month-to-month plan as billed monthly. The figure advertised in the hero is the twelve-month prepayment.
- Four physicians are named on the priced page itself, with their credentials and stated certifications.
- The fifty-state claim is a question and answer on the FAQ, repeated on the homepage, not a badge.
- None of the brand names appears on any of the four pages. Everything sold here is compounded.
